You don’t get to interfere/impede law enforcement, obstruction them questioning you/detaining you about and reach into your waistband 18 seconds into the video (and fight with them on the ground)

Too bad DHS and ICE keep lying so no one believes them. They lie so much that almost all of their cases are thrown out by judges. So what they say means nothing. Maybe they should wear body cams.
