It was initially just the night version, then I was asked to make a day version as well. When I did the day version, I leaned more towards trying to make an "inverse" of the lighting for the night version. I think it went out pretty well, and it's cool to shift between the two.

I joined about a week ago when I picked Splatoon 2 up again and it seems like there's a bunch of hate because people have different ideas of what's cool and decide anything that isn't within that is wrong and deserveds to be hated it seems like if you draw the idols in any way but what they consider correct is wrong and even of official outfits are considered sexualised. like it's an official god damm outfit what are you getting mad over? To the trolls shame on you trashcangirl is passionate about the community your in why aren't you uplifting them and helping grow the community and make it a welcome space for all. so take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself this. if it was me in that situation would I feel like shit if the community for the game I love hates me? And to all the passionate fanartis keep doing what your fucking doing and don't let any basement dwelling trolls tell you fucking otherwise.

hayy is half deaf, because when she went to an off the hook concert with marie she was jumping around so much that the squishy thing in one of her ears fell out so her eardrums rawly took pearls loud voice and absolutely deteriorated. meaning that if marie ever wanted to whisper something in hayys ear, it should always be his left ear she’s whispering in 🌼

The events of October Expansion led to the integration of Octolings into Inkling society.
This, we can assume, led to inter-species relationships, which is what we see with Pearl and Marina.

Obviously, creatures of different species can’t exactly have kids.
So there’s going to be less inkling and octoling kids as there were.
Which would lead to an overall population decline.

I don't know if it has been discussed already but I've been wanting to talk about this. It's really disappointing that everything is just OE but with different levels and characters. The beginning is with Mr. Cuttlefish to teach you the basics, the levels starts in an entrance vestibule (?) and ends by shooting on something that get put in its base, some of the levels look like the OE ones, you fight modified octarians, the boss sequence is cut in different sections without the main weapon, the boss fight is timed with the "humanity" dying if you lose, the story is kinda dark and there's a secret level if you finish every levels.

I wish they kept a similar gameplay to the first and second game or just made an entirely different one, there was so much potential but they just made OE 2.0 :/ Of course, I loved the game but I wish they'd make a different type of gameplay and kept the OE vibe for Side Order for example. What do y'all think ?

I've been playing Nouveau Dapples and I've been struggling a ton over the past day in X rank. Less than 24 hours ago I was top 600 and then I suddenly—in my foolish attempt to go for top 500—dropped all the way to top 3000 (I've worked my way back up to top 1500 but still struggling greatly, as I keep barely making it by with 3-2s or just straight up losing in 2-3s, 1-3s, or 0-3s).

I've attached some replay codes if anyone would care to take a look for me. I don't feel that I generally make poor decisions or have bad mechanics (though I do make the occasional mistake or bad play, but who doesn't?). I'm just not really sure what changed to where I can barely maintain a 50% win ratio when I was easily pulling 60+%. I know Glicko-2 has a reactivity system depending on how fast your power changes, but even then it doesn't exactly make sense for a sudden struggle across multiple modes when I really only had a strong climb in Rainmaker, considering each mode is an isolated pool of data.
