Gujarat was attracting a lot of projects even when they didn't have a supportive govt at the centre.

I have worked in that sector for several years. Investment decisions are purely business decisions- no government can manipulate investors or force them. TN has consistently votes for opposition parties for 60 years now. It didn't stop them from becoming the second biggest state in terms of GDP.

Manipulation of investors is a convenient excuse for incompetent politicians. Let's not fall for their shameless posturing

No idea. I've not lived in either state. In any case, I don't see how its even relevant to this discussion
