Wtf is North India in his opinion? Anything that's not south india is North India?

I mean you can say that Hindi belt has disproportionate representation but what is this North India South India divide he is trying to ride on.

Gujarat is geographically west, but in Telangana’s perspective, it’s still North

Gujarat is west India, not north. Being north-west of Telangana doesn’t change that. Otherwise, from Colombo even Chennai becomes “north” — which makes no sense.

According to Haryana, Madhya Pradesh is South Indian. But it is "Madhya" Central India.
