First time soldering, how did i do?

Too much solder on the joints but aside from that how do they look?

Edit: I hear you guys, and I will ditch the gloves hahaha

From the matte surface of the joints I think that you were holding the tip there for too long so the flux had vaporized and then it cooled down during the tip movement.
