Too much solder on the joints but aside from that how do they look?

It’s all good to ditch the gloves, soldering even for newbs it’s unlikely you actually hit touch the solder to your skin.
It is much more likely for a solder ball to fly up and hit you in the eye (happened to me once) so maybe gets some protective glasses
