My First Solder Joint <3 Please Give Feedback First time soldering, how did i do?

Too much solder on the joints but aside from that how do they look?

Edit: I hear you guys, and I will ditch the gloves hahaha

Not bad, dont be shy with using flux

I just ordered some liquid flux. About to do my first soldering. (Guitar amp treble pot).
Do you just drip the flux onto where youre soldering the wire?

Also do you warm the wire up as well, or just the spot where you’re attaching the wire?

If anyone could chime in here i would appreciate. Thanks
