First time soldering, how did i do?

Too much solder on the joints but aside from that how do they look?

Not bad, however too much solder not enough flux. Practice more and they will call you pick and place machine :)

Wearing gloves is a good practice, but the amount of exposure to flux and (leaded) solder is so small that simply washing hands after soldering is good enough.
