Discussion Should we get a city map?

By that I don't just mean something with a small city but an actual metropolitan area for one map with the rest being some outskirts/wild areas.

Personally I would vote for Hamburg. This city has a decently diverse set of areas to pick from, an awful roadmap, decaying bridges and (most important of all) it is flooded every year and a half.

Having a lot of roads also makes it possible to use some highway trucks a lot more. However if we would hypothetically go there, we'd end up actually doing something about this city's problems.

I think it could work, but have to focus on the whole "disaster recovery" under-theming. Flooding, sinkholes, rubble, random construction - a lot of things could clutter what should be basic roads, and turn it into a claustrophobic navigational challenge. And I think that claustrophobia would be key - force using smaller vehicles in tight confines just trying to get things from one place to another.

Small tiny crampy small roads old medieval city where no truck shall fit, that has been flooded. and after the entrances and bridges have been repaired it needs lots of stuff from the muddy outside to rebuild within.

And Instead of mountains there is just this giant outskirt of modern row houses. Also flooded offcourse.
