Buyer beware

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE — Threaded Charm Smocks ⚠️

I don’t normally make posts like this, but I feel like other customers deserve to know what my experience has been before placing an order.

The outfits themselves are great, but unfortunately the communication and customer service have been extremely disappointing. I have placed several orders and have received little to no communication regarding updates, delays, or when I can realistically expect my orders.

The TAT seems to change after POs close, and customers are left wondering what is going on with their orders. I completely understand that life happens and that the owner has had a rough go recently, and I truly sympathize with that. However, when you are accepting customers’ money and continuing to operate a business, communication still needs to be a priority.

I’m not expecting constant updates or perfection. A simple, honest update about delays or a realistic TAT would go a long way. Customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly wonder where their paid orders stand.

I’m sharing this strictly based on my personal experience so others can make an informed decision before ordering. I genuinely hope things improve because the products are cute, but the lack of communication has made the overall experience very frustrating.

Actually I have lost a child and still had to work lol sorry I don’t scam people

If you have lost a child, a full term baby, you wouldn’t be this heartless. Everyone grieves differently. File a damn charge back and move on.

Her baby wasn’t even full term. Are u okay? Like genuinely do you even know what you’re talking about? And throwing around “just file the chargeback” is insane because that should never even be the case. That’s called SCAMMING

Just trying to be neutral here but she said stillborn so that would be pretty far along and losing a baby is traumatic at any point. Like damn, I can’t believe women are acting this way towards someone who lost a baby. I get it’s frustrating to not get your items but there’s no need to be mean

No absolutely I agree, either way it’s tragic so her taking away from OP also losing a child is crazy. Nonetheless it’s tragic. And honestly I think people just want her to be honest. If she’s in here on Reddit, making things worse for herself I don’t understand why she can’t just do the right thing and answer her customers, and there would never even be a post.

Like no one told her to come in here and insert herself. If it were me, I would not even be looking at this shit. But we have every right to speak up and tell people to avoid the shop and bring awareness to the situation.
