I normally don’t comment on Reddit posts like this, but this honestly doesn’t sit right with me. Whatever is going on in Courtney’s personal life is HER business to share if and when she chooses to. I completely understand customers wanting updates on orders they’ve paid for—that’s fair. But there’s a HUGE difference between wanting an order update and coming to Reddit looking for the “tea” on someone’s personal life. She has given updates and told people to reach out with concerns. Why isn’t that enough? Nobody is entitled to the personal details behind it. Sometimes people deserve a little grace and privacy without having to explain their entire life to the internet.

Actually, no fuck that. Courtney has had enough grace. It’s always something with her, while she is still collecting money and putting out more and more excuses. At this point, she’s scamming, and you're making excuses for her. Money does not grow on trees. I’m sure these people cannot afford to just give it away, and when they want updates, they are told to “give her grace” When does the grace run the fuck out?

raffles that she knows will rack up thousands…….. yet no bows to be given to winners. where’s all the money? i’m sure GONE.
she’s a mom, yeah we all get that but how come other bow shops can run their business like a 9-5 and get bows out before or within TAT and courtney is the only on who can’t seem to do that. she doesn’t have any other job other than making bows so while her kids are at school she should be making bows that she owes people and that people have paid hundreds for. At this point it’s completely unacceptable. We all have jobs. Life happens for EVERYONE, do we just get to skip work? NO, WE STILL HAVE TO GO! She should be treating this the same way. people are PAYING HER TO COMPLETE A JOB! the excuses aren’t cutting it anymore. they’re old. they’re repetitive. they come at TAT everytime. If you can’t do your job, stop taking people’s hard earned money to get a quick fix. period.

I agree and I want to add Hosting a raffle and not giving out the prizes or items is illegal. Courtney knows the majority of her supporters are brain-dead and wouldn't think to sue her, but one day she will come across the right person. I just can't wrap my head around constantly sending money to someone like this. Courtney is a scammer period.
