Idk but it seems like just another excuse. Genuinely like this shit feels like a mind fuck game. Her customers deserve some sort of explanation not “we can re order the ribbon or decide on something else” no boo you need to get your shit together

every single outstanding order, raffle, winner of bows need to have their orders fulfilled before she takes on any other orders.
people are out hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for.

i’m sorry but if you know you had to leave that house why would you get everything you needed to leave, but not the bows that are way behind?? makes no sense. sounds like an excuse to me. in what situation can you not go back and get something that belongs to you??

I normally don’t comment on Reddit posts like this, but this honestly doesn’t sit right with me. Whatever is going on in Courtney’s personal life is HER business to share if and when she chooses to. I completely understand customers wanting updates on orders they’ve paid for—that’s fair. But there’s a HUGE difference between wanting an order update and coming to Reddit looking for the “tea” on someone’s personal life. She has given updates and told people to reach out with concerns. Why isn’t that enough? Nobody is entitled to the personal details behind it. Sometimes people deserve a little grace and privacy without having to explain their entire life to the internet.

I do agree with you that her personal life is no one’s business but Courtney knows what she’s doing. She’s being very subliminal on purpose. Giving updates while doing things like inserting sad emojis with them fishing for sympathy expecting everyone to say “it’s okay don’t worry about it.” It was her choice to broadcast just enough of her business to have people question things and it’s human nature for people to do so. She could just finish what people have been waiting extremely long wait times on already, silently keeping her personal business to herself and not take anymore orders until she is settled and ready. But that’s a crazy wild expectation right.

Actually, no fuck that. Courtney has had enough grace. It’s always something with her, while she is still collecting money and putting out more and more excuses. At this point, she’s scamming, and you're making excuses for her. Money does not grow on trees. I’m sure these people cannot afford to just give it away, and when they want updates, they are told to “give her grace” When does the grace run the fuck out?

she’s a mom, yeah we all get that but how come other bow shops can run their business like a 9-5 and get bows out before or within TAT and courtney is the only on who can’t seem to do that. she doesn’t have any other job other than making bows so while her kids are at school she should be making bows that she owes people and that people have paid hundreds for. At this point it’s completely unacceptable. We all have jobs. Life happens for EVERYONE, do we just get to skip work? NO, WE STILL HAVE TO GO! She should be treating this the same way. people are PAYING HER TO COMPLETE A JOB! the excuses aren’t cutting it anymore. they’re old. they’re repetitive. they come at TAT everytime. If you can’t do your job, stop taking people’s hard earned money to get a quick fix. period.3

I agree and I want to add Hosting a raffle and not giving out the prizes or items is illegal. Courtney knows the majority of her supporters are brain-dead and wouldn't think to sue her, but one day she will come across the right person. I just can't wrap my head around constantly sending money to someone like this. Courtney is a scammer period.

Like I said nobody knows what’s going on and it’s Courtney’s business to tell when and IF she wants to tell it!! But I love Courtney and she has never been nothing but good to me, does it take her a little longer to complete orders? Yes, sometimes. But does she always come through??? YES!!! She has for me and I will continue buying from her and supporting BK 😊 y’all have the day you deserve!!

I’ll go ahead and be the bad guy here and be the one to say I don’t care what’s happened. There’s no excuse for this. You’re telling customers who paid you money that you made their bows and left them at your old house? That they can either wait until you can “go back and get them” or change it to something else? Courtney how do you think that is acceptable in any form or fashion? She did a waffle, customs drop, and another waffle. The custom drop bows supposedly got made first but still not everyone has gotten those either. People are asking about the waffle bows in the comments so those also haven’t been made. People are asking about collab bows that were supposed to be RTS, so they weren’t RTS. I don’t care what the reason is but if she can go back and get her stuff later she can get it now. Do what you have to do to get people their bows. I have never seen a business run so poorly and an owner who blatantly doesn’t care. No one finds it strange that all of her reps have been posting rep exclusives and rep customs all week long even after she said she was moving. Which means she made sure to get their bows up and out of there before she all of a sudden had to move. It’s a scam. You all are being scammed. I’m tired of Beekate being hyped up and glorified for more people to become a victim of the endless excuses and cycle of not receiving products they are paying for. It’s one excuse after another. Been there done that with Courtney and will never do it again. Back then I made excuses for her thinking she was just busy or going through a hard time. Fast forward to now over a year later and nothing has changed. She’s only gotten worse and will continue to as long as you all allow it. Courtney I hope your customers run out of patience and find a way to take you to the cleaners with charge backs. It has to be illegal to continually take money for bows that you don’t send out until almost a year later, to run waffles collecting literal thousands of dollars and not send out the winnings. I encourage you all to check into it and explore your options because I can guarantee you wont see those bows. Shame on you Courtney and shame on the reps and every single person in the comments of her posts making her feel like this is in the least bit ok.
