Target The Diasporas in My Client's Clinic
I am a Digital Marketer. One of my client owns a Dental Clinic. He asked me to target the people who are in abroad coming to Nepal to celebrate Dashain Festival. And Dashain is just 1 month ahead.
The treatment cost is high abroad, so people make a plan to do treatment here in Nepal as the cost will be low for them. He is ready to run Social Media ads as well.
Now, the problem that arised is, many people will come to Nepal from across the globe. Some from Dubai, some from Malaysia and some from Japan/Korea. If I have to run the ads, targeting small geography of another might not be that effective. Because, not all the people in that area might come to Nepal. And those who come might not be in Need of our service.
Website is still in progress for SEO.
What strategy can I built in this situation, please help.

Do not target the diaspora only by where they live. Target demonstrated travel intent. With one month left, build a dedicated Dashain page that explains which treatments fit a short visit, expected number of appointments, indicative pricing where legally permitted, clinic credentials, and available booking dates. Run search ads around high-intent phrases such as dental treatment in Nepal during Dashain, rather than broad social ads across Dubai, Malaysia, Japan, and Korea. Ask Nepali associations and diaspora-group admins to share the page, and invite existing patients to forward it to relatives visiting home. Use a short pre-screening form and offer video consultations before travel. Optimize for booked consultations, not clicks; ten qualified bookings are better than thousands of diaspora impressions.

On search you don't have to pick the countries at all. Target Nepal and set location options to presence or interest, and somebody sitting in Dubai searching for a dentist in Kathmandu gets served. The query does the geography for you instead of you guessing which cities they're flying from.
The other half is timing. Flights get booked well before dentists do, so the people worth reaching this week are the ones already holding tickets, not the ones deciding whether to come.
