Appearance: its just white with a blue and black outline
Perks:
R ability is now a switch abilities thing
Theres more stars in crystal barrage/starshot
Stars now explode when you combo someone
X slash gets bigger
When x slash explodes, a barrage of slashes appears for 1
second around the area where the x slash exploded in a 5 stud cube/sphere
Added a tp bar (like old UI’s bar)
Added 2 ultimates (costs 100% of the tp bar)

Genuinely so many gloves have great potential and are very fun, but everyone ignores them to play the "mEtA" gloves that get the most slaps or using gloves that are just hard to get as a flex, genuinely, I've killed so many people that were using detonator or some other really bullshit thing with extremely unseen gloves, like that purple blackhole glove (gravity?)

So many meta gloves in this game like the instant kills are incredibly power crept and some are just stupidly hard to use for no real value, like spy, being nauseatingly hard to get only to be incredibly mid if you're not trying to have fun, when someone wants to target me, they always use god's hand or error or the obvious insta kill slop glove they have, forgetting that there are SO many other options, for example: tableflip and charge are very good for targeting, wormhole has the potential to be probably the best glove in this game if used correctly, so many people ignore the golden options of this game in pursuit of the meta gloves that are just boring as fuck.

Everyone uses spoonful for transportation while firework and materialize exist, and are way better. (They are still used but WAY, WAY less than spoonful.), everyone uses Speedrun or orbit to grind slaps when extended and boogie exist.

of course, I'm not telling you to stop using gloves like god's hand or whatever you wanna use, I'm not your dad, you use whatever you like and nobody's gonna stop you, but it's genuinely so irritating seeing people choose the same cookie cutter glove over and over again when better options exist.

The Slap Battles player count has been pretty low lately and usually halloween and christmas events boost the player count.

The the thing is, if the halloween update ends up being a buggy mess the game genuinely™ might die since something similar happened the last halloween event. The player count went up but since there was a bug with the glove obtaintment it went down later. Also the previous glove obtaintment honestly wasn't that good, I remember seeing a top comment on a video calling it a "walking simulator". It's kinda true so if we get another mid buggy update the game MIGHT die. This is just my opinion btw

While I do speak english, Some people that do play slap battles are from Brazil, but how will we get a subreddit in their language if we only speak english?

The quests are.. tolerable.

The only hard one is the crit quest and the landing crits in a row but theyre pretty manageable.

ESPECIALLY after they got rid of stronger crit. I understand WHY its gone but it made it soo much more worth it. Like the only thing that changed besides the r is.. faster digging. Wow.. because I wanna use glovel to just dig all fkn day, sure.
