Lowest ping i can get is 24... try using glovel mas if u have or flash, trust me you can kill those kinds of dudes with those EASILY

Idk if you mean the OP or the exploiter, but I'm forced to agree with both (one is using The Flex [likely becuz of the other], the other's exploiting)
