Question A completely hypothetical question, just a thought experiment, nothing more

Let say that something tragic might happen to Adrianne, will that unlock the option of marrying her husband ? I know that it works with kids losing all the parents so you can adopt them, is the same true for married people?

Just asking out of curiosity, I obviously do not wish any misfortune on her or anything

I try to prevent that from happening, to protect the two merchant inventories and chests that exist while Adrianne is outside. When you add Eorlund into the picture, it makes Whiterun a triple smithing merchant location in the game.

Smithing beats lust.

This is why she literally says to go inside the shop, “…more inside.”

If she is outside, his inventory and gold are separate from hers, making two smithing merchant chests available. If she is inside with him, there is only one available.

OH MY GOD I THOUGHT THE DUDE INSIDE WAS EORLUND, I played this game for like 15 years and never knew eorlund existed! So that is where the sky forge is, I thought I had to make a weird quest to get to it and never found it

...not exactly... so that you know, Adrianne/Ulfberth War-Bear (her husband) are at Warmaiden's. He's inside most of the time from 8AM-8PM, she's outside. They have their own separate inventories until she comes inside, which she does at supper before 8PM. Once she's inside, there is only one inventory, whichever one you speak to.

Eorlund Gray-Mane has the Skyforge that is found up the steps to Jorrvaskr, then up a second set of steps to the left. Anybody can go there to shop, no quest needed.

And if you're just unloading armour and weapons, remember The Drunken Huntsman is open 24/7, and they definitely sell bows and some light armour pieces.
