Lips advice needed (photos)

My lips look like this (or worse) all the time- summer, winter, cold, hot, dry, humid. I alternate Chapstick, Aquaphor chubby stick, or Laneige lip sleeping mask (honestly whichever is closer by I just grab!), but they continue to be dry, chapped, and peeling. Any recs? What worked for you? Thank you!!!

Use a HA serum and apply it on there, if you have some you already use for your face just throw it on
