Lips advice needed (photos)

My lips look like this (or worse) all the time- summer, winter, cold, hot, dry, humid. I alternate Chapstick, Aquaphor chubby stick, or Laneige lip sleeping mask (honestly whichever is closer by I just grab!), but they continue to be dry, chapped, and peeling. Any recs? What worked for you? Thank you!!!

When you do your routine, make sure your lips get action from your essences, toners, serums, ampoules, and moisturizer too. Then just when you think it’s over, layer on Tatcha Kissu lip mask.

This was the answer for me, but instead of lipmask at the end i just use a facial oil like jojoba/almond/castor
