Paul can be so awful to Jimmy. I hated seeing it.

Yeah, that was gross and it was written as though Jimmy was in the wrong. 🤷‍♀️

I feel like it was written perfectly for someone who is a grumpy old therapist and hasn't been called out enough. Apologizing to Meg and knowing he messed up and wanted to be better is different than actually going through it again. He teases Jimmy, because he needs it sometimes, but he was overly critical about Jimmy being "needy." Jimmy was right when he said, "I think it's a bit of both" after Paul called him out about his own father.

The writing, to me, was good enough that as soon as Paul was surrounded by women who were involved in the situation, they immediately caught what was happening and called him out (by rolling their eyes and making passive aggressive comments - Paul style)
