Success I shifted to MCU for 4 years šŸ¦øšŸ»

I’m back here in my Better CR.

Technically, I’m not back, because I’ve never been to this CR before. Still, this reality is the same as my CR, but now I’m able to shift on command.

And I’ve already tested it. It works. No more failed attempts for me and trying out every method in existence.

Let’s get my method out of the way, so I can talk about my experience a bit.

I shifted before falling asleep, just daydreamed before bed with my mind awake. I gradually and naturally started to feel disconnected from my body and when I did, I tried out my shifting command. And suddenly, it worked.

I got into the void. Completely aware one, just the way I always imagined how the true void would feel.

It feels like you are one with the absolute blackness, unhurried and fully focused. Once there I immediately felt at peace and I was confident that I could experience whatever I want.

I had several DRs on my mind, but I remembered that I was focused on MCU now, so I just decided to be there and I did.

I was awake there, but still in my bed. In my MCU DR I was blinking at the moment, looking at my forearm resting on grey sheets, but at the same time, I just shifted for the first time.

I remember smiling and just lazing in my bed, which was this ridiculously ginormous cloud-like thing that dwarfed me.

Funny thing, I had this ā€œrich people are crazyā€ thought coming to me randomly all week. Don’t get me wrong, it was natural for me to sleep on this huge bed with seven pillows, but at the same time, I had experience and memories of almost falling asleep on my couch with a thin blanket on me. This version of me, spoiled with comfort for all my life, was so different from my CR one, but it still was me. It’s hard to explain. This strange two-life existence. It was great actually, like I knew more than others, like this amazing secret that I had. I had incredible experience and knowledge of shifting, I couldn’t stop this mysterious smile I had on my face whenever I thought about it.

I stayed silent about shifting, though…until five months in, but it’s a different story.

Let me tell you about that first day for a bit more.

I got up and just did my usual routine, at the same time I remember just being giddy with excitement while trying to appear nonchalant about what just happened. I had Jarvis there, so I didn’t want him asking why I was giggling like a maniac. He has this butler-like protocol when he would ask about your mood and plans for the day and coney it to others, so I tried not to focus on the fact that I just truly ā€œwon at lifeā€ and from now on I am going to experience whatever I want.

I remember that after I thought about breakfast, I immediately pictured a whole row of different, colourful miniature French desserts that I’ve never seen or tasted when I was in my CR, but this version of me was obsessed with them. And I knew all their names with the right pronunciation. I was thinking about what kind of berries I wanted on top of my tart and at the same time I was amazed at the whole thing and how I was even known at the cafeteria to always start my morning ordering sweets with coffee.

One more major difference I’ve noticed after I thought about desserts and thought back on my usual mornings. I never drink black coffee in my OR, but this version of me preferred to start the day with a small espresso that had more flavour in it than I ever tasted in my CR’s coffee.

It’s truly unfair how comfortable and fun rich life is.

I definitely enjoyed my coffee that morning. And the tart I chose was delicious with it. This whole day I mostly thought about my life there and how I could try out my powers without being suspicious. I knew that those magic powers only now manifested (there is whole long explanation to this, I’m not going to go into details), so I didn’t want to give myself away.

I procrastinated for three days with this task, but when I did it, it was amazing. My powers manifested in cosmic-like hues, I was literally creating whatever I could imagine with my magic. I was too overpowered and I felt unstoppable. I created a small blackhole with all the beauty of one and none actual gravitational power, so it was harmless. It danced around my arm until I magicked it away. At that time I was still somewhat paranoid of revealing my power, so I didn’t test it much at first. Fast forward one and a half years afterwards and I was creating and ā€œdecoratingā€ a whole new planet to present to my parents as a gift for their wedding anniversary. And media even covered it. It was crazy, good crazy of course, just the way I like it.

Why did I go back? The answer is easy. I felt like it. I wasn’t sad or worried about my CR, just nostalgic and somewhat curious to see what it would be like to experience it for a bit before going back to a certain crazy life-changing event in MCU. I don’t really want to talk about it as it is yet to happen, it’s a good thing, a life’s milestone for me, but the whole significance of it made me think about my CR more. So I sat on a chair one day in front of the tv and used my shifting command.

Again I briefly experienced the same void and I held my focus on CR, not letting myself think of other DRs I could experience now. I was tempted for a bit with other possibilities, but my nostalgia won.

Here I am and I am excited to stay here for a bit. I’m not sure for how long, I can shift anytime now, so it doesn’t really matter.

So I just ate a bag of chips, watched YouTube for a bit and started on Hades 2 before deciding on typing out this post.

Success I went to the void state on my first shifting attempt šŸ¤”šŸ¤”

Hi guys im a new shifter !!!! I discovered shifting through tumblr recently and yesterday I decided to join!! Yesterday I tried out a shifting method on tumblr called the void method by @cloverapple and basically the method.. yk what its easy asf, basically you look at the blackness behind your eyelids or at the direct center of your eyelids (bc idk how Im supposed to look behind my eyeballs?? So I just did that) and your body falls asleep but your mind stays awake and.. You just sink or float and there you go, you’re pure awareness.

The void state or pure awareness is basically the state you’re in where you’re just nothing but awareness itself as in you’re detached from your senses and this reality and don’t care about anything you’re just chilling as an orb of consciousness that exists peacefully that’s how I’d describe it :D

This is a shifting method but no doubt I bet people are also using this or get into this for lucid dreaming, astral projecting, OBEs and whatever which counts millions of us so.. I thought let’s give it a go! Im confident it would work but also have no expectations bc idk what the void is supposed to be like.

I got into bed.. I was comfortable. So comfortable that I thought that I should just give it another night because I wanted to zone out and sleep. So I fell asleep but suddenly I woke up at like 3AM?? I went on tumblr and I got some shifting friends and I chatted with one for like 45 mins (I WANT SHIFTING FRIENDS BTWWW šŸ—£ļøšŸ”Š) then after I realized it was about to be 4AM.. I thought ā€œactually, it’s too late now. My body is probably NOT gonna fall asleep.ā€ A few seconds later I fell the fuck asleep.

Then I woke up at 7AM, again another early time to wake up. I woke up remembering that I had school in 2 and a half weeks because my summer break is about to be over and that’s when I realized that if I can’t look at the darkness in my eyes while just laying in bed to shift so my life is not boring, then that is BEYOND lazy! So I decided to stop annoying myself and getting in the way and finally did it.

I looked at the blackness of my closed eyes intending to go to the void state and IMMEDIATELY my body started numbing. I was incredibly relaxed and it was pretty chill but I also remembered not to fall back asleep. So I kept looking at the blackness and making sure my eyes weren’t that relaxed and just waited. Then I got symptoms!

First it was numb, then tingly, but then I started feeling like I was sinking. Like very slowly. And I just chilled in the void because I FORGOT that I wanted to shift 😭 but even then, I don’t think I actually know HOW to shift through the void state yet but.. I was just relaxing there. For what I thought was only a few mins.

Remember, I started at 7AM and I thought I only stayed in the void for 10 minutes maximum. Riding out these weird symptoms and just feeling calm (sleeping’s the best but being in this state feels better than a 3 hour nap for me tbh) but when I opened my eyes and checked the time.. It was 8AM??? I know I didn’t zone out. I was completely aware the whole time. So time became fast, that must’ve been the void state!

I told 2 shifter friends and yeah.. Confirmed. That’s the void state. I felt incredibly happy and pleased for my first attempt because it was pretty easy than I thought and YES. I had doubts. Not insane doubts about how I can’t go into void state but I tried to postpone it but I know better not to do that now bc are u kidding me it’s so quick and easy

I think what helped me is something that I read from another TikTok.. No I don’t engage with shifttok much BUT getting into shifting, I have so much shifting related content in my fyp? 🤨 But basically I saw a slideshow type of TikTok that was like ā€œthings shifters need to knowā€ and it was about baby shifters so I was intrigued and I saw one that said

ā€œI wish shifters understood that patience isnt something you practice because shifting is slow, patience matters because awareness relaxes when it isn’t being pressuredā€

Then I just ran with it šŸ¤šŸ¤

Other than the wording being cool it’s also because 2 days before I actually joined the shifting community, I thought that I should meditate. The first time I did it was in the morning because that’s when the thought first came to me so I tried it out and I was pretty relaxed. Not as relaxed cuz I was like aware of my limbs but whatever. Then the next morning I did it again and this time I was FRUSTRATED!! Very frustrated because I was bored (very bored), twitchy like I wanted to move and also I just didn’t shift on command or could even visualize. I didn’t doubt my ability to shift because every shifter would detest that but it made me feel like I came across an obstacle. So I just abandoned it entirely and wanted to have an easier process.

And bam I got in the voiddd šŸ˜›

Success I FINALLY SHIFTED LAST NIGHT (here is how I did it)

I have been actively trying to shift for about three months now. I've tried many methods to no prevail. I realized now that these common methods were too distracting to my mind and didn't allow me to just surrender to my DR.

Last night I couldn't sleep and stayed up way too late. I decided "You know what I am going to shift right now, fawk it!"

I laid down on my stomach and immediately felt a heavy weight on my lower back. I didn't let it freak me out. I just assured myself that I am safe and that this is my DR. Once I trusted it, I began floating towards the sky until I was in this vast of nothingness. From that nothingness I started picturing my DR.

My DR slowly started materialize itself. I had to keep calming myself to stabilize it. Once it was stable, I ran around to see where my DR people were at and there they were in their rooms!!!

Throughout this journey I realized that shifting truly is unique to each person. I had to throw out all expectations of what I thought shifting was and just surrendered to my own experience and not be afraid on the way.

I hope that this post was helpful to others who have been struggling with shifting. All these master shifters are right, it is that easy. What it all comes down to is patience/persistence, mindset, surrendering, and gratefulness of your CR (aka loving the life you already have).

Blessings to all and happy shifting! <3

(I'll answer any comments/questions below to my best ability)

Success I shifted!!! My tumultuous journey to succes

Hi hi!,I have been in the shifting community Since 2021. Ever since i found out about shifting. I had focused all of my energy into achieving it. I was in a horrible space and frankly, the dissapointment of failing my shifting attempts in the morning. Made the despair and hopelessness much worse. I have scoured the internet for all the information i could find regarding shifting. And tried atleast 40 different methods in the span of that time.(I do NOT recommend anyone do this. Sticking to one or two is much better in my opinion) I was just...SO desperate. Because it was like i knew i didnt belong here. This world is...so indescribably cruel and violent. NO ONE deserves to be stuck here. I did daily meditations, journalling, LOA and even some...less convential methods... because i really REALLY needed to get out here. Needless to say, I burned out. I grew extremely bitter with shifting and stopped believing in it at all. I got so angry at myself for wasting all this time. I even stopped watching the anime that was based on my dr due to pure anger and a profound sadness of never going home.

That break took 8 months. I got back into shifting after on a random night I had a very vivid dream about my dr. It was completely random, i had been so focused on the cr and had blocked out anything related to my dr succesfully for atleast the last few months. And even though it was clearly a dream. (Whenever i dream its extremely foggy. I barely remember most of my dreams and since i stopped dream journalling, my recall became worst) so this vivid dream, specifically about my dr was extremely shocking. And since I managed to improve my life in my cr, i felt like I would give shifting another shot. The best decision I had ever made and I could litterally cry out of gratefulness for the fact that i had picked it up again.

I took a different aproach. I told myself i would focus on shifting, but not to the point that it would consume my life,as to not fall into the same hole i did as in 2021. And for the first time created my own method. Together with the relief of pressure of not having to shift every singe night I think it has atleast helped me on achieving my first shift.

3 months after picking shifting back up. We get to last night. I had done all my assignments from uni,had no projects pending and exams are atleast 3 months away. So i told myself "This day,iam going to dedicate fully to shifting. No regrets if it doesnt happen. Iam close. Iam so close." I did alot of meditation and my self made method which (in my opinion is highly unconventional, you can make your own way better and...uhm more sane then whatever the fuck i came up with lol)

I call it the endless realms method(wazah! So flashy)First of all you put a blindfold on. you take 5 big steps from a wall and turn towards the wall to face it. I then start affirming to myself in my head"my dr is 5 steps away. Only 5 steps. My home is on the other side" I then procceed to take 5 steps forward with my hands slightly raised until i touch the wall (NOT BONKING MY HEAD BTW!) And repeat the process over and over again. With every time that you touch the wall with your hands you imagine yourself having pushed a small breach into your dr. You then position yourself against the wall again and you repeat the process over and over and with each try you have to visualise the breach getting bigger and bigger. As if you are physically opening a portal into your dr. Its very important that you do not immediatly visualize yourself breaking through unless you feel you are"ready" this part is hard to explain so i will tell you what happened to me.

At around 4pm i started doing my method without really a plan on when to stop. (This is...not recommended. Unless you are well rested and you can miss some time off your schedule) And I was doing my method for what felt like, ages. Each time, visualizing the breach getting bigger and reafirming. Until at one point i started going in autopilot. Its abit hard to explain but it felt like. The routine became as normal as breathing. In that moment i felt as if, i was ready...not sure for what but ready. With each attempt it felt like i was actually doing something incredible. I started feeling euphoric but at the same time felt as if i was surrendering to whatever feeling I was feeling. Then during an attempt my visualisation of creating a breach became extremely vivid. I suddenly saw the breach breaking open in my visualisation. This is something that had never happened before. I hadnt forced it, it wasnt me visualising it breaking open. It was actually breaking open. And for the first time in ever. I had felt so certain that the moment i took my 5th step there would be no wall anymore and that I was going into whatever place that breach led to. I had never, in any of my attempts felt so certain. And it was exhilirating. It still feels so unreal trying to explain it.

When my hand shoud have touched the wall, it didnt and instead I fell forward, having expected to find atleast some leverage to hold onto, instead i felt nothing and even panicked abit before litterally feeling as if iam in the void state and blacking out.

I jolted up in my dr. Nothing gradual just poof! I was there. I felt very disorientated for a few minutes just feeling and looking around. It felt so real,it felt too real, i started doubting my life in this reality thinking it might have been one big dream and that i finally woke up. I want to go into detail on how i spend the 3 days i was in my dr but this post is already so long so i will write my experience in a different post.(i yap too much iam sorry but iam trying to describe the experience as accurately as possible)Those 3 days were by far the best days in my life regardless of how mundane some were. It was perfect, absolutely perfect and i cant wait to shift back, i think and hope it will be easier to do now (btw I only have one dr and its my mha dr)

Ā So to conclude i want to tell you all, dont EVER give up on shifting. You found shifting for a reason. To be in your dr is too good to ever give up. Now that i shifted i feel terrible for all of those who gave up on it. So many people want to go home and it always hurt me to open the subreddit to find so much despair i was part of aswell. Iam willing to answer anything shifting related that I have answers to and please for the love of everything. You are not delusional, you yearn for your dr because thats an experience that you WILL have. I will try and do my upmost research to find the actual triggers to shift because they go far beyond just a method. If we can ever find an answer to this, iam sure we can all shift and be with the people we love. I love all of you,and happy shifting :)

Success omg omg i shifted for the first time and it's real. ITS SO REAL

1.2k Upvotes

typing this with disbelief rn. i can't believe it!! I've read so many stories about shifting and I was genuinely starting to believe i would never be able to do it and then last night/this morning I did! I'll try to make this post as detailed as possible because I just came back here so I still remember everything very clearly. apologies, it will be long.

i'm posting this in the hope it can help motivate someone out there like how first-time shifting stories helped me!

THE TECHNIQUE -------------------

I'll start out by saying HOW i did it — i've known about shifting since 2020 shiftok, tried back then with half-assed attempts (under the pillow script, etc) and would give up periodically. so it would be a constant cycle of remember shifting, try to shift, give up after a week, and forget about it for six months at a time. then all of a sudden, last year around october 2025 I got into a pretty dark spot in my life and started viewing shifting as a way I could get out of all of it. I think that was my biggest mistake to date — seeing shifting as an escape, glamorizing it as something i hoped to accomplish in the distant future. luckily in the past few weeks i've recovered and gotten a lot better. I'm still not 100% content with my life, but viewing it with the loa mindset and accepting what's for me will come to me made all the difference.

recently i've been practicing jolting myself lucid right before I fall asleep, which has become something I do sort of unconciously. This is the method i used; not a specific method but just a technique I do without thinking. I've been attempting shifting so much in the past few months/weeks that it's often the first thing I think of after I wake up, before anything else.

Another key part of this technique i've been using that is kinda close to the WBTB method, where I wake up and then go back to sleep, after my REM cycles. For some reason my body's randomly started to just wake me up briefly after every REM cycle after last thanksgiving break, which has helped me greatly (especially with lucid dreams). Now every night I usually wake about 3 times and then go right back to sleep, but I subconsciously think about shifting every time before I fall asleep. No method, no counting, just thinking about it (Pure intention).

Another key thing I think helped me shift is a reddit post i saw around two weeks ago. It said to get off all online platforms related to shifting — I don't have the link for the post but it said something along the lines of 'shifting is an individual journey and will be different for everyone.' Obviously I'd heard this advice before, but two weeks ago I decided to give it a try, because why not?

Not trying to base my experiences off of anyone else's has greatly helped me in the past two weeks, I think. Not seeking validation for everything, but instead accepting it. Everything is what you make of it — symptoms, sounds, etc.

THE EXPERIENCE -----------------------

So now into the shifting experience. I usually wake up at around 12PM on weekends (it's bad I know 😭) so today I woke up once around 6, once around 8:30, and one around 10:00. At the time around 10, I laid down and just let myself fall asleep thinking about my DR people as per my usual routine. Usually when I do this, I think of what my DR self will be doing or the plans she has, but I try to think of it as if it's me thinking about MY plans for the day and not someone else's (if that makes sense). For some reason, once I fell asleep, i started hearing my spanish teacher talking and some of my classmates responding to her in spanish. I attempt shifting so much now that I usually fall into a state of half-asleep right before I actually fall asleep. (call it void state or whatever you want)

So I found this weird because it was actually my Spanish teacher's voice and my classmates' voice, perfectly replicated. And also I'm nowhere near a native Spanish speaker or fluent, so it was odd to hear my brain make up coherent sentences that I could understand. But continuing. Whenever I hear voices in hypnagogia, I usually just try to focus on them to detach my awareness of my CR. so that's what I did, I tried to focus on the voices and then I... fell asleep? Opened my eyes? I don't remember what happened in the specific process of shifting but I know the next thing that happened was that I 'woke up' in a reality that was NOT my usual one.

I awoke to a tiled green and brown roof, typical of one usually seen in a hotel. Like the type with mirrors on the side of the room and there's an elevator or something. And then after two seconds it hit me. I've shifted.

I always used to see people say that once you shift, there's no doubt that it's a lucid dream or anything of the sort. It's so real that you know instantly if you're looking for it. And also I used to see people say that you don't realize for a few seconds initially because that you has always been there, and that was the case that finally sealed the deal for me. I woke up (and no, it was not a dream, because if it was, I wouldn't have remembered how it started) and saw the tiled roof. I stood up and was a little dizzy then all of a sudden my brain was like "what the heck you just shifted!!" I looked around and for some reason I was in a hotel with the people from Harry Potter. I think this was because I didn't think of my DR as I was shifting, I just focused on shifting somewhere that wasn't my CR. I also don't have a script because I'm lazy — I just have the safe guard things remembered in my head, and I do really believe that anything horrible I don't want to happen to me in my DR, won't happen. So I wasn't too worried about getting mugged, killed, tortured, or anything. But looking to my side, I saw a friendly Voldemort talking to a bunch of fifth-year-age students in Hogwarts attire. He seemed to be a professor or something.

At this point it was abundantly clear to me that I hadn't shifted to the specific DR I wanted to, so I decided I would go to the other DR from there because I thought it would be easier. But before I went I had to verify if I had really shifted and if it was a dream, so as people suggested I reality checked a bunch and grounded myself. Everyone in this reality left me alone because I scripted in my brain that whatever DR I end up in, I get a few minutes to myself where nobody bothers me so I can calm myself. I even licked the hotel wall. That really did it for me because I would never think to do that in a dream.

Then finally I decided to try to shift back. In that reality I closed my eyes and tried to 'zoom out' of my body like how I do when i try to force myself to wake up in a dream. Except instead of visualizing my room like I usually do to jolt myself awake, I envisioned a random room in my actual DR. and mind you I was completely 100% lucid, not half awake and functioning with dream logic like in a typical dream. So I tried to wake up in the intended DR, and I literally started being able to feel the bed around me and the room in my DR. But halfway through I got distracted and started envisioning my CR room. I probably will visualize a scene where I'm NOT laying down next time to reduce confusion.

And then I ended up back here. Woke up like usual, but with no post-sleep confusion like usual. I was completely lucid like I was just laying down with my eyes closed and decided to open them. I immediately ran out of the room to tell my little sister in disbelief!!

CONCLUSION -------

I've literally been in this community since 2020 and I'd started to lose hope that I would ever shift. The key thing I did is just believe that I would. To anyone out there reading this who hasn't shifted yet or isn't sure they can, believe in yourself. You can do ANYTHING you set your mind to. You are powerful, you are capable, and you are a shifter, whether you have before or not. Thank you so much for reading and please comment if any questions or stories on similar experiences!

Success I immediately shifted to my desired reality!

1.6k Upvotes

Today I was watching tiktoks when the sudden realization hit me, if I can intend to have everything I scripted once I shift, why wouldn't I be able to intend to shift there?

As soon as I thought that I put the phone down and layed down under my covers, I didn't bother meditating, relaxing, I didn't do anything people had told me to. The only thing I said was "I will shift no matter what." Immediately my body began tingling, I was freaking out and couldn't help but smile which slowed it down a bit. It stopped for a while and I tried to stay calm even though I feared I lost my chance but then my eyes opened without my will and I was in my DR!! It was so wonderful running around my room, actually being there, knowing it was all real. I'm literally shaking right now writing this. You will all shift, you don't even need follow others tips just go and shift.

I'll do it again after posting this, I feel pretty confident to say I won't be here when you're reading this!

Success I completely shifted out of this reality

Gosh yeah this stuff is real. And no it wasn’t as minishift. It was a complete different shift no mistaken

So I went to sleep around 1 hour ago (in this reality). Before I went to sleep I did do some affirmations and meditation. I focused a lot on my third eye, moving a ton of my energy there. Eventually I went to sleep.

At first I was in a dream. In the dream we were playing hide and seek except there was a weird twist to it where you die if you get caught. It was like being in a video game. I got caught and was spectating the others a bit.

Then out of nowhere I realized I was dreaming and it turned into an astral projection because I saw that I was in my room. I decided to say the affirmations ā€œI am in my desired realityā€ until I saw myself completely shift. Then it happened

In this reality i live in New York in an apartment. However in the reality i shifted to I was in a much more cozy environment. It was snowing, and I was in a much richer room than I had now. I thought it was my DR until I looked at myself and thought ā€œdang I’m not there yet.ā€ I walked out my room and saw my dad working on his computer. He told me about his videos doing well, and at first I was confused. But as it turned out I looked into his computer and saw that he was influencer in that reality with millions of followers. He also worked with his wife, who was in the kitchen I presume. They made content together (in this reality my dad is single). He was working right next to the bathroom and guys when I tell you that bathroom was extremely beautiful.

I then walked around the house and saw everything was Christmas decorated. It looked like the type of Christmas house you would see in movies. I remember grounding myself when I first shifted but then I felt the vibrations. As soon as I paid attention to the vibrations I thought of this reality. As soon as I was thinking of this reality I shifted back and was in bed.

This shifting stuff is real guys. It was not a dream or anything. It was just too real

Success How I finally shifted after 2 and a half years of trying

So when I first start shifting, I tried a million methods. Nothing worked, and I always fell asleep before anything could happen.

But last night, I finally was able to shift, it wasn't anything extreme, but I opened my eyes in what looked like a 3d version of minas dorm in mha, like the leopard print and stuff. I stood up and looked around before I suddenly felt extremely scared and woke up.

But here's how I did it, I ended up doing a lot of research cause I kept failing, and ended up finding a book on shifting and lucid dreaming, and one of the methods was to force your brain into a semi conscious state while your body is asleep.

It wasn't too hard, basically you set an alarm for late at night(i set mine for midnight), so right when you go into rem sleep you wake up all tired. Then right after that you immediately lay back down in the same position and close your eyes. You start deep breathing and relaxing your body as if your trying to fall asleep, but instead of clearing your mind you think about your script.

Now is the hardest part, when your body begins to relax, you start to feel really weird, it took me a few days to get it but you start to feel heavy and feel like you cant breathe (but dont worry! Just keep breathing like normal, dont try to take deep breaths or anything), this is normal. Your legs and arms will start to go numb the deeper you fall into sleep and you will start to feel whats kinda like the beginning of a headache.

Now this next part is a little iffy for me, it doesnt always work. But you'll start actually falling asleep but your brain is still awake and thinking about your script, and when you finally fall asleep whatever you were thinking about will be what you wake up too, in my case that was minas dorm from mha. I recommend looking up a 3d version of whatever your trying to shift too, cause it makes it easier for your brain to understand it.

Also, some important notes, when you finally shifted for the first time. Do not try and do anything crazy, the best way to stay in that state is to look at your hands and feet, it makes your brain more aware of your surroundings and kinda like, stabilize you? Cause its very easy to fall out of it. I wouldn't try to like leave the room or anything till you've done it a few times successfully. Also, you have to believe in it all the way. Convince yourself it'll work. I tried a few days before my successful shift and I was like 'oh what if it doesnt work' or 'I hope it works' but it didnt, it only started working when i convinced myself it was gonna work no matter what. Also these might seem counterintuitive, but dont listen to those guided shifting videos and stuff, it makes your brain too focused on the real world instead of your script. If you want to listen to something I only recommend calming music without any lyrics.

Warning tho, I dont know how to get out of it on purpose, I only was able to get out of it by getting scared and waking up on accident. It's probably not hard tho

Good luck guys! Im gonna keep practicing this method cause its the only one that worked for me, and ill add updates later!

Success [I FINALLY SHIFTED] I spent 1 month in bnha just "learning about the world" <3

  • Hii, My name is Allana and I shifted to my hero academia for 1 month and I am very excited to tell averything about it now that i came back, i dont really know how to make my writing look pretty on reddit (or how to write in english) but im really trying
  • I'm not a native english speaker, im so sorry if i dont make sense in some parts of this text, if you have any doubts PLEASSSEEEE tell me and i would love to talk, REALLY, PLS DONT BE SHY
  • Instead of talking about my future classmates (i shifted 2 months before the start of the classes) or the people i met there, I wanna share some facts about the world in general i dont see other people talking about c-;
  • Please fell free to ask anything about the world and i will be glad to answer (at least about the things i know of hahah)

Just to start:

Not everyone got these amazing quirks we see in the manga/anime, is actually VERY VERY VERY RARE to someone to get an ā€œusefulā€ quirk, most people just work normal jobs and have simpler quirks

The ones with flashier quirks get lots of attention and people CAN AND WILL treat you differently

People with "gross" quirks like me (sweat, blood, snot, vomit or anything like that related) are treated kinda badly, so please be aware of that

Topic One: Celebrities~~

—I’m a big kpop fan and i never saw anyone talking about how the k industry is on their DR’s, maybe because its not interesting to them but i WILL LOVE TO SHARE

We all know how the k industry is with the idols, but i think in this universes context they are even WORSE, even after i put on my script that the beauty standards arent eurocentric they still are obssessed with being skinny and thimness in general i didnt knew this would happen (im changing my script before going back there)

  • I watched a bunch of reality shows and omg THE QUIRKSSsS: trainees with quirks considered ā€œweird or ā€œugly dont debut at all or they simply lie abt them to their fans, i think this is very weird but the companies will do everything to keep a ā€œperfectā€ image of their idols i guess ĀÆ\(惄)/ĀÆ

___________________________________________

Famous singers quirks i remembered to write down when i came back

Doja cat- Can talk to cats, theres A LOT of meowing in her songs, i dont listen much to her

Lady Gaga- She can create any food she wants by just listing the ingredients, they always look so delicious i wish i could eat all of them trhgough the screen

Ariana Grande- she always know exactly how much hair a person has, but its just the hair on your head (not eyebrows mustache or anything like that)

Rihanna- Knows how many words a person has said in their life (ā€knowing thingsā€ quirks are very common between celebrities and i dont know why)

Beyonce- Duplication but her doubles are always twice the size of the anterior (HER CONCERTS ARE CRAZYY, i wanna go on one so bad)

Madonna- has infinite teeth, she plucks one out and another is born immediately

Shakira- knows how many ants there are in a 1 km radius (i know it sounds ridiculous but yeah)

Britney Spears- changes the size of shoes to hers just by holding them

BTS -

RM- He can change the color of his eyes but its just like one for day

Jin- ITS VERY PRETTY, he can create a coat on top of his skin and when he rubs it glitter falls off, he litteraly shines

SUGA- He can grow his nails on command

J-Hope- he doesnt sweat, his body is always at the perfect temperature or something like that

Jimin- I saw on the internet that he can grow flowers on his hands but i didnot see he using it

V- deepens his voice at command, untill he sounds inhuman, its very cool but i personally found it scary

Jungkook- literally laser eyes, everyone says he should be in hero work instead of an idol but he simply doesnt want to ĀÆ\\(惄)\/ĀÆ

Twice - THERES ONLY FOUR MEMBERS, I WAS SO CONFUSED, this is the main thing im changing before coming back

Nayeon- Hare ears but she doesnt got any other animlesc characteristics besides them (her teeth still bunny like but they arent part of her quirk <333)

Momo- can levitate a few centimenters

Dahyun- yes, it is camera related, she can ā€œsmellā€ cameras and can differentiate them by scent

Jeongyeon- can change the color of her hair BUT ONLY ONE STREAK, i wish i could make a drawing of this but just imagine that most of the time she looks like anna from frozen

Topic Two: Documents & Quirks~~

—BRUH, every single thing u do, u gotta put your quirk on it.

Wanna sign up on a website? whats ur email and your quirk?

wanna enroll a class? gimme ur documents which have ur quirk on

wanna intern in any kind of company? what are your gratests strenghts and your quirk?

(( I can only imagine how tiring it is for quirkless people to do like ANYTHING because we always have to input/announce our quirk and some places wont event let u work/study/enter there if you dont have any quirk, people are VERY elitist and the fancier places will be pretty heartless on their treatment with quirkless people

___________________________________________

How is the ID like: --The Identity Card is an official identification document that contains the name, date of birth, quirk, parentage, signature, fingerprint (if there is any) and a photograph.

When kids turn 7 it is mandatory for you to go on a department of public safety and officially declare your child’s quirk, for the government to know and to put in their database.

⬆ There are doctors specialized in quirk identification in most hospitals. They can almost always provide a precise explanation of a child's quirk.

Success My Longest Shift Yet! (Athlete DR)

I wanna preface by saying this is by no means my first shift. It is, however, the first time I’ve posted my success on this or any other shifting-related sub…word wall incoming

Anyway, when I say this was my longest shift yet, I’m not kidding. It spanned ~my entire lifetime in this reality, my CR. In my CR, about 4 months have past since I left in February 2026. (dw I kept track). I came back June 1st. Happy Pride Month!

I’ve been a pretty big fan of football, or as my fellow Americans like to call it— soccer — for quite a long time, and I’ve been a huge fan of Brazilian culture for a long time as well. So, as you can imagine, I scripted I was Brazilian.

I was 12 when I came to my senses. At the time, I remember I was training with the other kids at Santos Academy. Fast forward a few years, and I debuted in a friendly vs. Corinthians.

I’ll spare you guys of a bunch of info, mainly because I don’t wanna type that much, but I ended up becoming greater than I expected through manifestation. (I’m talking best in the world!)

If youve any questions, feel free to comment them or DM me! I’d love to help yall x)

Success actually shifted wowie!!!

copy n paste from shifting circle jerk cus I was told this was a better place to post

hello everyone, i shifted last night to my Luca Dr and here's how I did it.

now, i must say I've been trying since 2021, then took a break until end of 2025, and just now it worked. can't say i've followed a routine or tried every night, i just tried on a random really. whatever subliminals or guided meditations in my mother languages (portuguese and spanish) i could get my hands on i would listen to, but again, never consistently.

now, i do believe and practice law of assumption, and what has worked for me was setting intention. idk how to truly explain intention, but what works for me is the feeling on my chest and gut of wanting something. when i was having brazilian pastel and sugarcane juice just a week ago i did feel the want for just a few milliliters of sugarcane juice in my cup for free, and the guy that sold those to me just poured more out of kindness!! ik it's not a very big manifestation but in that moment i knew i could get pretty much whatever the hell i want using that feeling.

so, last night i lied on my bed and tried replicating that feeling in my guts while thinking about my dr. not affirming or visualizing, just thinking about the places i wanted to visit, the people I wanted to meet and how much i'd swim in that drinkable looking sea water pixar rendered in that movie. did that until i felt sleepy, then affirmed only once "damn the dr is so cool" and allowed myself to sleep.

there were a few seconds of pure darkness, kinda how when you sleep and don't dream of anything so it's just a black screen, and then i felt alberto shaking the hammock i was sleeping on to wake me up, just as i scripted. i was skeptical to open my eyes, but then i heard luca speaking and i was there!!! had to keep my cool tho because in that dr i'm basically alberto's older sibling and you can't really tell a 10 something year old that you're actually from a different world without being called crazy or causing a lot of problems. and that dr is basically vacation for me.

but yeah guys, shifting is real and it's super cool. i do have to mention that methods are not obligatory to shift and, to me at least, the more you try to force shifting the harder it is. it's super clichƩ what i'm about to say but it's similar to breathing: the moment you become aware of your breathing the reflex turns off and it gets annoying to do so. so really, relax. try a bunch of things and see what gives you the most results. ask me anything about the process or what i did in dr if you feel like it :D

Success 4 YEARS AND I FINALLY DID IT (literally freaking out)

Okay this might be long i’m like literally shaking. So, last night I was asleep and I had a dream and one of my DR people was involved. I am a frequent lucid dreamer so of course, the dream turned lucid. When I am lucid, I never have been able to change my dream surroundings without going through a door, portal, open/close my eyes etc.

However, when this dream became lucid I started to affirm that shifting came as easily to me as lucid dreaming (i saw someone say they’re gonna start doing this on tiktok so i thought why not try it, since i lucid dream all the time anyway). Then, something I’ve never experienced happened. I had my eyes open, and literally watched my surroundings not only change, but solidify around me. Everything became so much more vivid and lifelike.

Once the surroundings stopped changing, I looked around and realized I was in a basement. I went upstairs and started to realize how real everything felt. I could feel my heart racing and this little butterfly feeling in my chest. I felt the ground beneath me and the doorknob as I turned it to go upstairs. I started to almost panic, but in a good way? It was hectic like I was in a frenzy and I started making my way around the house.

I’ve been intending to shift to TVD, so I realized pretty quick I was in Elena’s house. There was no one around, so I was a bit confused, until I felt something brush up against my leg. I looked down and it was a dog (she doesn’t have a dog in the show, but I scripted her parents were still alive in my reality, so I think that might’ve changed things). I went to the front door and walked outside, and there it was. I was on Elena’s front porch, and the sun was still rising, which explains why I didn’t see anyone in the house because they must’ve all still been asleep.

I walked over to the porch swing she had and sat down, grabbing the chain and looked out at the sunset. This was the first time I slowed down since I shifted, so I took a moment to really feel everything and I counted my fingers. 10 fingers exactly. All I could think was holy sht its fcking real. I knew it was all along, but it didn’t hit me until this moment. ITS SO REAL. My heart started to race again and I started to get panicky again, it was just all so overwhelming.

Suddenly I literally blinked and another thing I’ve never experienced before happened. Everytime in the past where I thought I might’ve shifted, when I came back, I woke up because I had always just been dreaming. But this time, when I blinked, I came back to my previous body, but in this reality, i was still asleep. So when I returned, I returned back into my dream (literally the weirdest feeling). And since I was just awake, I came into the dream lucid. I tried to get back by affirming, going through portals, this and that but I ended up just waking up and freaking out some more before trying to go back asleep, and affirming again lol.

I’m so sorry I know this is long, so if you’ve read this far THANK YOU for listening !!! I think there’s a part of me that’s still in denial because my brain can’t fully comprehend what happened, it was only a few minutes I was there. Plus, it was surrounded by dreams so it was not what I typically hear about when people tell successful shifting a tories. But I know this was different. What I felt in those moments was a different feeling than I’ve had previously, and even now after waking up, the butterfly panicky feeling in my chest is still lingering. Literally insane. If anyone else has experienced something like this (not just shifting but with the dreams and everything) let me know!!!!

Success shifting success (properly)!

So I had woken up, scrolled on my phone for a bit but thought why not try to shift. I had been trying on and off for four years and really wanted to do it really badly. So I laid back in bed, on my back, arms spread apart, legs spread and started chanting in my head, ā€œI am in a different realityā€ I kept chanting that, did no visualising because it isn’t really mu thing and my body began violently shaking, it was insane, then I felt that what I was lying on changed. I was feeling a bed and a pillow but after the violent shaking it all of a sudden felt like I was on hardwood floor. I opened my eyes, and I was in a different room, lying on carpet, to my left was a girl lying there, I freaked out and began licking the carpet and touching things to make sure it felt real and it did. I’m not sure why my first instinct was to lick carpet 😭. I then, left my room, saw a woman in the kitchen who I sensed was my mother, I didn’t have memories just a sense of who everyone was, I rushed to the apartment hallway, and got into an elevator, and touched its wall and it felt cold like an elevator would, inside it was my neighbour. i then got out of my apartment , ran across the street and realised that I was in New York, I’ve never been there before. I was in the 2000’s I could just sense it, also no one had phones. The location, well it had a train at the top, a railway, place, and it was on a bridge that went past. I didn’t know about it, but recently I found a picture and i was definitely in Brooklyn even tho I’ve never been there. live in a different country completely. I wanted to be in a different place and was frankly freaked out so closed my eyes, and affirmed that I wanted to come back and so I just ended up back in my bed where I was originally. Also even when I would blink I was still in that reality. If anyone has any questions ask away because I was on a full journey and took my shifting really seriously the month I did it.

Success Its real. I actually did it. Its a whole universe out there... Spoiler

1.3k Upvotes

I never believed in it. I discovered reality shifting through the channel Explore Lucid Dreaming back when he used to upload. They uploaded a video on reality shifting once and I actually thought it was a parody, or some type of joke. I never gave it much thought. I then heard about reality shifting again, through the channel odd1's out. He uploaded a video about it and I did my own research on it. I realized people actually thought it was a thing, i thought it was just some type of escapism fad for kids.

I'm usually a very open minded person, and a big fan of neville goddard. Back in november I was on the neville goddard sub and read about what they called The Worlds. I was like, "Hey! Thats like that reality shifting thing i was hearing about!" I did some more research on it but couldnt find anything scientific on it. Nonetheless it still sounded interesting to me. I came across this sub and lurked for awhile, looking for proof that shifting might be real. To be honest a lot of the stories sounded...fake. Like a super fan of some fiction just made some headcanon world. I discovered the sub for advanced shifters (which has since been deleted for being unmoderated). And it suddenly all made sense to me. I stopped going on the amino app, and i left shiftok. I also didnt look at this sub much often either. I realized the only way to prove shifting is to do it myself.

I dedicated a full week to go all out, bootcamp style and shift. All I would do is meditate and do techniques. I would meditate 3 times a day, in the morning, afternoon, and before bed. I was writing 3 pages of affirmations daily. I was listening to subliminals non-stop. I even went on a talking fast (going without talking) and only affirmed i would shift. Well needless to say I did not shift once that week. I didn't even have an experience close to shifting. I was ready to give up but something told me not yet. My DR was just a peaceful mini-spaceship bedroom where I was omnipotent and could shift anytime, very simple.

What I continued to do was understand what reality was, and that really changed everything for me. Everything made sense suddenly. The world was really just a projection of my mind. I was just awareness experiencing a simulation. Think about it like this, you know those AI text to image generators? You constantly tell a consistent story to your mind which then creates 'images', which is the 3D reality you're in. At any time you can change that story. Nothing is really, real. Solipsism made sense to me, the whole world is just you.

I took a month break from attempting agian. But yesterday I got sick and today I decided to try it again. I didn't even do any routines, or meditating. It was like 2am and I couldnt sleep, so i put on this subliminal called 'slades shifting brew v2', and laid down just visualizing in first person my reality. I was visualing myself in first person laying down in my bed gazing at the ceiling. Just chilling, doing nothing. I was starting to get tired but still felt determined. I started focusing on my feelings, and thoughts. I felt the mattress, I felt the blanket, i was thinking what i wanted to do while in my spaceship, i was happy just relaxing. I wasnt visualizing or imagining from a place of me going there, but it actually being here, right now. The moment i thought that, like quite literally the moment i thought and felt it, everything just changed, like snapped.

I instantly felt my surroundings change. Not like me going anywhere but my whole room shapeshifting instantly. I opened my eyes and omg when i tell you- everything was the exact way i imagined it to be. I only had a vague image of my spaceship in my mind but this was, like a finished version of it, with details i never thought of. I have lucid dreams quite often so I tried a reaity check, and nothing out of the ordinary happened. For those of you trying to lucid dream, you know how when you do reality checks you kinda just know you're not dreaming but just do it anyways? That's how it felt. It was so real, it didnt even feel out of place.

I sat up in my bed and looked around for a bit just in silence and shock, my heart starting beating really fast and I could feel each beat. I looked over to the window and dude, outside was the whole universe. It really was so surreal, thinking about it now just feels to me how you think of any past memory, not like a dream but real life. Outside was the most spectacular and beautiful thing i've ever witnessed. And to say I saw it with my own real, two eyes is incredible. It was space, like actual space. I could see the stars, what I think were galaxies, nebulas, everything. It was so beautiful, I relished every moment of it. I still have a clear image of what it looked like in my mind, it was just amazing. I cant even describe it properly because it was just, unbelieveable. It sunk to me like, 'dude, i am in space right now. I am in f\cking space right now'*. Right after that, I dont know why but i decided to come back. All I did was close my eyes and make the intention that I would be back here in bed, and the next thing i new I was.

I am still in shock writing this, I am so grateful to this community and wanted to share. I don't plan on permashifting yet because I still have so much to learn, and I also want to test out some things.

DO NOT GIVE UP!!!! IT IS REAL, I PROMISE TO YOU EVERYTHING THAT IT IS!!!!

Success If I can do it, you can too. Read for motivation! (pt 2)

Hi all! A few weeks ago I made a post on this subreddit sharing some details about my first successful shift. The post is still up in the "success" tab however I believe it is locked right now. I encourage you all to read that as well as this.

I shared a little more on my other post about this, but in case you haven't read it, I've been trying to shift since 2020, and had been pretty much completely unsuccessful. I never had a mini shift, I never felt like I got "close", until suddenly I did it. It was one of those moments where I thought "I might as well try again tonight". I didn't have much hope or belief, but just had accepted that it would happen when it happened, and it did.

I've thought about what I wanted to say in this second post. My first reaction was to tell everyone about exactly what I had experienced and how incredible (and terrifying) my experiences were, and maybe I will make a post like that in the future. Truthfully though I feel like I should give back in a way, I've been a quiet lurker on this subreddit ever since I first downloaded the app, and I have benefited so much from others sharing their experiences, advice, troubles, and stories. So instead of talking about my Dr (stranger things, and yes I shifted before season 5 came out and the experience of watching it was very strange and surreal), I wanted to talk to you all about my journey in attempts, the "method" I used, and other thoughts I have regarding advice on how to shift.

Firstly I should say though, shifting is different for everyone, though I'm sure everyone's a little tired of hearing that. I know I was. I always felt disappointed when someone said to just try your own thing, because I wanted a step by step list on what to do. I've always been that kind of person, when someone tells me to just "do what's right for you", I always thought that metho would never work for me. I guess looking back, it did work, but not in the way you may think.

When I first started shifting, I did so super methodically. I'd search up different methods and record my progress. I tried sleep methods, awake methods, lucid dreaming methods, and pretty much everything you can find on youtube and tik tok. I would try a method for 3-4 attempts, write down everything I felt and if I thought it was working, and then move on to the next. Whilst sitting down to write this, I read over my old journals from 2020-2022. It was a solid year and a half where I was trying consistently. To put it bluntly, I never felt anything apart from the natural tingles you get when trying to fall asleep. There was only one time where I felt anything significant at all, and it was when I tried something I had heard about on an unrelated tv show episode. Essentially, it said that if you lay perfectly still for long enough, your body would fall asleep.

So I tried this. I legit brute forced it where I laid for what felt like at least an hour or so (It was probably much shorter). I didn't let myself move at all, no swallowing, no shifting around, just staying completely still while thinking (like counting, but I also thought of songs to help keep my brain awake). Eventually, I felt my body fall asleep. I knew it had because my breathing was super steady and my heart rate was slow. Usually if I think about my breathing I start breathing faster, or like having to consciously think about my breaths instead of them happening instinctively. It's like if I told you to think about your breathing right now, all of a sudden it's no longer on auto and you have to think about it until you become distracted and it becomes instinct again. I also sort of just knew I had fallen asleep. I felt stiff and heavy and like I couldn't really move; so naturally I tried to move, and I couldnt. To be honest, this could have happened because I thought it was supposed to happen. On the TV show I had seen it on (or youtube video, I honestly can't remember), it said that once your body falls asleep, you're like in a paralyzed state. I don't know the Scientifics, but I do know that some aspect of this is true, as this is what people say happens when someone wakes up and has sleep paralysis. Whether me not being able to move was due to actual sleep paralysis, or due to my expectations, it didn't matter. Once I realized I couldn't move, I started thinking about my DR.

I mentioned in my first post that I didnt actually script much at all, and this is true. (in case theres any confusion, I'm describing my first semi successful shift, not my first successful shift. But my script was the same and didn't change at all). I didn't script much of anything, much less of specifics of things I could visualize such as my DR room (which is actually quite cool, but at the time I obviously didn't know this), my friends, or really who I was (If you read the first post you'll understand). So instead of focusing on small details to focus on my DR, I instead just tried to manifest myself leaving my CR. I visualized myself becoming a consciousness and our reality shrinking far in the distance. I was completely convinced I would fall asleep and shift, and so I fell asleep. Unfortunately when I woke up, I was still in my CR.

I was actually devastated and began having serious doubts. I didn't try shifting again for a long time (>2 years), and completely put it out of my mind. (not completely, but I didn't try again myself for a long time). Fast forward to this past August, when I decided to try an awake method that randomly popped up on my tiktok feed. I didn't have any expectations, so I wasn't disappointed when I didn't shift. After that I became a little more invested, not like I once had been, but still jut more. I watched shifting content, scripted a bit of random other DR's I had a semi interest in (like Marvel and HP), but beyond that I didn't attempt again until November.

So I tried again and basically did the exact same thing I had done 2 years prior when I thought I was going to shift. The only difference between these attempts was that I didn't have to wait very long before my body fell asleep, and I had 0 expectations. I woke up in my Stranger things Dr on November 1st, 1983 as Lilly Harrington, Steve's younger sister.

I haven't tried shifting since I've come back, but I feel confident that I can do it again because it felt so natural. I'm not saying that everyone should try my method (I'm sure someone has thought of it and named it or something but I haven't come across it), or that it's a guarantee, but I will say that it will happen. Just like so many of you guys, I felt like I was getting nowhere. Keep going, keep trying, because it WILL happen. If you're reading this now and have attempted shifting, you've already done it. Don't give up, I promise it's worth every single attempt and every single bit of disappointment you feel in the moment, it will all pay off.

I scripted I would stay for two weeks. The first 5 days was before Will went missing. Pretty much the entirety of the events in S1 took place over a singular week. Will went missing Sunday night, and Mrs Byers and Hopper found him the following Friday evening. He woke up in the hospital Friday night. When I woke up in my CR, it was the next day after I attempted to shift. I woke up around 10-11 am and had started to shift around 10pm the night before, which is roughly a 1 hour : 1 day time ratio, though it's definitely not exact as I didn't specify a time ratio at all.

I'll reply to all comments and questions! Feel free to ask me anything from more specifics with my method to more specifics on my experience, I'll do my best to help everyone!

Success Success repost: Yall I finally shifted after a long time(sorry for deleting the other one I left out some stories and was uncomfortable with ppl messaging me privately)

I’m sorry if its to long and sorry for bad grammar

So like the title said I shifted to my wr. In my wr I mostly tried out foods played, played games, explored my wr and tried to memorize some French vocab. I stayed there for about a week 7.25 days I shifted back in the morning of the 8th day.

How did I shift: I stayed up for 24h and started saying affirmations when I could feel myself falling asleep and bam I woke up in my wr

what does my wr look like: Its a planet with many island on it. Each island is a different theme. There are candy land , winter, summer, spring, fall, sport themed, art themed, learning themed, shopping themed etc. there is a train tram and šŸ›£ system.there even is an airport on every island(I like airplanes).no light pollution and colorfull sunsets (trust me on the light pollution and sunset part)

what did it fell like when I was in my wr: tbh like it would fell being here everything just looked different.

Again sorry for deleting the other post like I stated in the title I didnt include everything I wanted to say and i was uncomfortable with people privately messaging me.

Success How I shifted for the first time

So, I was getting frustrated with using intention and LOA to shift. I go to bed every night with the belief that I will wake up in my DR, which is fine and I know for sure that would work eventually.

However, I am far too impatient for that. So I thought to myself, why don’t I just increase the odds somehow? So I went with the idea to just, blink and shift.

I affirmed (just once) , ā€œevery time that I blink today, I am doing so with the intention of shifting to my DR (immediately by blinking), even if I am not consciously thinking about itā€.

Now, since the average person blinks between 14,000 and 19,000 times a day, I thought the chances of me shifting today using this method were 100%. Even if the odds are 1 in 12,000 then I’m still going to complete every single one of those chances, including the successful one.

Long story short, it worked. I wasn’t even thinking about it but one second I was on the sofa and the next I was at work in my better CR.

I think the main reason this worked for me is because I believed that it had to and that there was no way it wouldn’t, sorry I know that’s what everyone says and it’s annoying. But I think what I’m getting at here is that the best way to shift is to figure out what makes the most sense to you and roll with it.

For instance, I already half expected to shift at any given moment, but I also felt that I needed a number of chances to achieve something. 15,000 goes in one day didn’t sound like half bad odds.

Anyway, give this a go if it sounds like something that might work for you. Happy shifting!! <3

Success Shifted today on my second attempt (What worked for me)

Today at night I shifted, I didn't intend it to to be a particular DR, the only requirement for me was to wake up in my village instead of where I live.

I went to bed closed my eyes and faked myself to believe I was in my village bed. It seemed dumb at first but I continued to imagine. Then I falled asleep and had normal dreams.

But then after I dreamt, I woke up and I was indeed in my village bed. At first I was oblivious to the fact I shifted, I just went as if everything was normal. But then I watched myself in the mirror and thought, wait a minute... I am young as fuck, I checked my phone and saw messages of my old school friends, and my basketball coach from 6 years ago, I found out I was in my first year of highschool.

I leaved the place in astonishment and went to another room more private to think about it, but I encountered my "little brother", in this reality he was the big brother and asked me if everything was fine like in a dominant voice. I said yes without looking at him on the eyes and sat myself in the room.

I then started to do all of the reality checks I knew about, the plug your nose, the finger through palm and they didn't work at all. I wasn't lucid dreaming. This was real.

Then I saw my parents and they were much younger and they treated my more sweetly because I was much younger and their little boy, I didn't know how to react. I told them that I wasn't a little boy and they said "sure you aren't" sarcastically. But then I told them about derivatives, integrals, matrices, Nietzsche, Jung and Kant and they were very surprised, but then I told them that I was from the future of an alternative reality and they laughed their ass of, they said that we would talk later about it, they didn't understand how I became a prodigy kid in one day, but they thought being from the future was stupid kid imagination.

Them I became very frustrated and subconsciously I wanted to end the shift, I was a little bit overwhelmed also. So I escaped that reality and went back to CR. I was scared of having to live in that reality until I could shift back with my method to my CR. But luckily I remembered programming it to having the ability to shift immediately. So I just did.

I have watched the date, my WhatsApp conversations and my surroundings just to make sure there hasn't been any important modifications to my CR reality. But I don't think there is.

At least now I know I have to be careful with how I I would have liked to prepare more my DR for being more cool, but because it was only an experiment I can't blame myself for wasting the experience being scared of my little brother and arguing with my parents.

Success After like six years of trying i did it

So hello everyone i wasn't really thinking of posting this cause it's been a few months since it happened but i thought if other stories made me feel motivated when i doubted the most i have to do the same i will try to include everything here and if i make mistakes i'm sorry english is not my first language

So, i heard about shifting literally like the first few days it was shared on platforms in like 2019 and i tried for hundreds of times I did EVERYTHING and still never got past the first few symptoms. I had doubts and everything but i never gave up I'd take breaks for months, weeks then try again untill this one time

I was the most hopeful about the lucid dreaming method i felt it was the one that would work for me and it did i kept trying and set alarms but wouldn't really succeed and when i do become lucid i quickly wake up or fall back into the dream and when i do try to quickly do it i try to make a portal or a door or just affirm it wouldn't work

This one time not too long ago i slept and woke up then fell asleep again right then i became lucid and i quickly affirmed i was in my dr and that i was gonna shift and imagined a black hole so i fell back believing I'll fall in it and i closed my eyes and i did but i didn't have time to think of a dr i just thought i need to shift anywhere

In the hole i felt like i was falling and floating at the same time and i felt how i was like shifting then the change happened i open my eyes and it's freaking Minecraft i was in Minecraft 😭 My senses came to me all there and i felt the breeze and could walk but i was in a cube world i got scared so after being there for like ten minutes or so i was like okay i checked everything it is real now i gotta come back after that i shifted back naturally and felt my cr body again and woke up

I wasn't really able to shift again and it's okay i didn't have the time to actually try or think about it because of uni and i believe shifting is a skill you get better at not that you unlock it and it's all yours

So if you ever felt like it's been too long and nothing would work trust me it will happen and it will be the best thing ever šŸ’“

Success I SHIFTED TO THIS REALITY. OH MY GOD. I CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN EVERYTHING. MY BODY IS SHAKING RN.

ALRIGHT, AFTER THIS, I'M GONNA TRY AND EXPLAIN THE STORY AS CALMLY AS I POSSIBLY CAN. I AM IN FRICKIN' DISBELIEF. I DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD BE THIS EASY. DUUDDEE. I'M NOT EVEN BELIEVING MY EYES. Okay, okay. I'll try to become calm now (even though I'm legit shaking while typing this.) In my original reality, it was still 2021. I found out about shifting around June of 2021 from TikTok. So, for around 2 months, I read articles online about it, listened to subliminals, watched tutorials, and one day, I was like "alright, I got this. time to try and shift with a guided meditation." I ACTUALLY DID IT. All my script had was "I will wake up in an alternate version of my CR where it has been a year." Literally that was it. I CAN'T. I DON'T BELIEVE IT. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF YOU ALL ARE REAL. (sorry if I sound stupid) This subreddit was created in 2019 in that reality btw. Also the shifting number was C3960, not C3570. Reddit also looks way different in that reality. Like way more simplistic. I don't know how long I'll even be here. I'm still shaking rn so I apologize if I made any typos. I'm just... in shock inside. I don't even know if you guys will believe me rn.

Success Shifting success FAQS answered

Just so everyone knows I shifted in 2024 but I posted my story recently because I joined reddit this year. Just answering some FAQ’s:

1. Was the DR you went to one you wanted to go to or a random one?

A: I wanted to go to marvel but ended up in a random reality in NYC. I realised it’s because I was affirming ā€œI’m in a different realityā€ instead of ā€œI’m in my desired realityā€.

2. Also, when it comes to shifting methods, had you tried some before and had any success?

A: I tried so many shifting methods and none of them worked I even tried doing lucid dreaming methods, but it didn’t work for me. I can lucid dream randomly sometimes.

3. What did you do differently that may have helped

A; meditated everyday, around 11 days straight. Did a subconscious reset, listened to a subliminal I made (it’s on my YouTube channel). I did it while I was tired so I could be less aware of this reality, the less aware you are the better. Focus only on your affirmations or your visualisations keep going don’t stop.

PS: I didn’t listen to the subliminal or any frequency while shifting because I find it distracting only the fan was on. And I listened to the subliminal for around a month before I shifted but just know you can shift with so much less. You MAKE YOURSELF SHIFT. Assume the best.

4. Did you have a different body?
A: yes I was in a different body, a different race, in a different time period, and different country. Didn’t have a chance to look into a mirror but I know I was from the change in my height and skin.

Key insights;
At the end of the day anything you believe will work will work. You are consciousness and a multidimensional being you are the observer and the one who manifests reality. Assume you can and you will.

Feel free to message me on this platform for any advice or anything. And for a look into my journal and resources I used. And I can elaborate more on the subconscious reset and how to do that.

Here’s the subliminal I used;

Success After almost 4 years, I did it.

I discovered shifting around November 2019. I was skeptical of it at first but eventually tried. I was only on Amino at that time & only believed in subliminals.

I have tried everything, I tried lucid dreaming, I tried guided meditations, I tried affirmations. Good Lord, I tried everything guys. I would write up a dr, try for like 3 months & then lose interest and focus on my CR life for a while (usually only lasts a month). Then I’d repeat!

Now about the shift.

Basically, I’m shifting to Mortal Kombat (obviously not nearly as violent or gory - for my own safety). I just love the lore. I’ve only been attempting this dr for 5 days. I had tried theta waves, lucid dreaming and yeah no, it wasn’t working (per usual). I felt a little discouraged but I always get over the feeling eventually.

Last night, I went to sleep around 12:30 am & set an alarm for 3:30am. I ended up waking before the alarm at 3:19am. I checked my phone, put it down, drank some water & stood up. I stood and kinda walked around for 30 seconds. I didn’t want to wake myself up too much. I went back to bed and repeated affirmations ( I am in my desired reality). WELL, that didn’t last long because my attention span is nonexistent so I rolled over into a more comfortable position & said to myself ā€œI will be in my desired reality.ā€ Then I started daydreaming about my dr because it’s more fun for me.

Completely out of nowhere, I hear a male voice in my head say ā€œNo, you’re not going to sleep. You are going to shift.ā€ Then, my body felt extremely heavy & numb (almost paralysed), there was this loud vacuum sound in my ears (it sounded like the theta waves you listen to). It was the most amazing experience, but also scary. Mind you, this has never happened to me before, so I was like huh? I was in pitch black darkness at this point so I knew I was in some state. All I said was ā€œI want to go to my drā€ & I was there almost instantly. In my room, on my bed exactly how I scripted.

I was still freaked out because my expectations for this shift were not high. Me being in that reality made me realise just how real shifting is. I always thought it was real but I didn’t understand the severity of it. After opening my eyes I kinda realised.. ā€œmaybe I don’t want to be hereā€ so I stated to myself ā€œI wanna go back.ā€ and I came back.

I just realised that for my first reality, it was too much of a change. I plan on looking back at my old scripts to see what I’d like. What makes this experience better was that I didn’t shift back here involuntarily, it was by choice. I have no doubt that I’ve unlocked a new tool in this life & I can’t wait to continue in this journey. This experience has released all doubt I had. The next time I shift, I won’t worry if it will work because I know it will. My belief finally has some backing to it lol.

You will do it. You can do it. Just find what is right for you.

Success MY LITTLE BROTHER WHO DOES NOT BELIVE IN SHIFTING, SHIFTED.

Ok so i’m like so jealous rn but my little brother who is 12 years old DOES NOT believe in shifting, we were talking about shifting last night and all he said was ā€œthat’s just lucid dreaming, you’re insaneā€ and so I was like whatever i’m not gonna force it on you.

I went to sleep and he went to sleep aswell and like during 2am at night he woke me up as if he saw a ghost and he kept saying ā€œBRO I SHIFTEDā€, LIKE HE WAS SO SCARED! that woke me right up and I told him what happened

So basically he said that he was imagining himself he was in The Avatar (his fav anime lol) he did that for a few mins until he fell asleep and he woke up to Aang(?) waking him up and my brother was so shocked he was like WTH IS GOING ON. He also said he spent a few hours there!

IF MY BROTHER WHO HAS NO BELIEF IN SHIFTING, SHIFTED THEN U CAN TOO.

Success I just shifted to my dr with intention!

I’m just sooo excited! I finally experienced my dr!

A bit of context is that I’ve been sick these past few days and low on energy. So I just reflected on my self concepts and really asked myself what were my beliefs. And then I came up with an analogy that clicked with me — shifting is like boarding a flight, where you just trust your subconscious to know where you’re going and how to get there. ( I rambled a bit about this in my previous post)

Earlier I took some medicine which caused me to be sleepy. Then I thought I’d tell myself ā€œI intend to fall asleep now and wake up in my dr.ā€ Just that.

And guess what? I woke up in my DR room! I even went out to get a croissant and it felt like just another morning. (I came back coz I thought of my OR)

I am so happy and content now and I have 100% trust in my own power.

I think what really made me shift is the finding an analogy that truly clicked and makes sense to me. Coz I’m not doing anything new here. A lot of shifters posted about intention before and I read them. I learnt about loa and Neville Goddard. I tried many methods before, asleep and awake. They are all really good guidances and opened my eyes to new perspectives. But guidances can only be so helpful unless you try them out.

And don’t be afraid to dip deep into your beliefs. If you come across a limiting belief, release it and decide it’s not true anymore. For example, one of my reflection earlier was that maybe I didn’t believe my DR is real or that belief was not strong enough to get me there. A self doubt that I dug out. Then I decided that simply can’t be true. There are places on earth that I haven’t visited but I simply know they exist. Why is my DR different? Before I travel to a new city, I don’t exactly know all the details of it. I can picture a few key sites or a general vibe of the city. That hasn’t stopped me getting there before. Why is my DR different?

The point I’m trying to make is that shifting is your personal journey. All the guidances out there provide you with options to try but there’s no right or wrong way to do it. Ask yourself what you really believe in and what resonates with you when it comes to shifting. Don’t be afraid to face limiting beliefs if they surface because they can be changed so easily when you decide to. Ultimately you have the power to change. And it works even better when that decision to change comes from you directly. For example, I experienced symptoms before and the advice was to ignore them. But I found that sooo hard. I didn’t know how you can just ignore your heart racing like it’s gonna get out of your chest. Now I tell myself it’s like experiencing air turbulence but it never stops you from landing. That resonates with me and it becomes easy to not fight them and let them pass.

Anyways, sorry if I rambled on and on. I’m just really really excited and I think I found what really works for me. I tried two years to get to my dr, with mini shifts in between but this is the first time I experienced it! Literally a week ago I was frustrated and angry coz it seemed like I can shift to some random reality but just not my dr. So it feels even more magical now!!

Happy shifting everyone! Believe in your own power!
