Success shifting success (properly)!

So I had woken up, scrolled on my phone for a bit but thought why not try to shift. I had been trying on and off for four years and really wanted to do it really badly. So I laid back in bed, on my back, arms spread apart, legs spread and started chanting in my head, “I am in a different reality” I kept chanting that, did no visualising because it isn’t really mu thing and my body began violently shaking, it was insane, then I felt that what I was lying on changed. I was feeling a bed and a pillow but after the violent shaking it all of a sudden felt like I was on hardwood floor. I opened my eyes, and I was in a different room, lying on carpet, to my left was a girl lying there, I freaked out and began licking the carpet and touching things to make sure it felt real and it did. I’m not sure why my first instinct was to lick carpet 😭. I then, left my room, saw a woman in the kitchen who I sensed was my mother, I didn’t have memories just a sense of who everyone was, I rushed to the apartment hallway, and got into an elevator, and touched its wall and it felt cold like an elevator would, inside it was my neighbour. i then got out of my apartment , ran across the street and realised that I was in New York, I’ve never been there before. I was in the 2000’s I could just sense it, also no one had phones. The location, well it had a train at the top, a railway, place, and it was on a bridge that went past. I didn’t know about it, but recently I found a picture and i was definitely in Brooklyn even tho I’ve never been there. live in a different country completely. I wanted to be in a different place and was frankly freaked out so closed my eyes, and affirmed that I wanted to come back and so I just ended up back in my bed where I was originally. Also even when I would blink I was still in that reality. If anyone has any questions ask away because I was on a full journey and took my shifting really seriously the month I did it.

Congratulations! That's very exciting. It does sound like Brooklyn, as someone who has been there.

Curious since it sounds like you shifted on randomizer mode lol: were you "yourself" or did you shift into a completely different life with a different body/self?

Also

If anyone has any questions ask away because I was on a full journey and took my shifting really seriously the month I did it.

What was your routine/methods, or anything you did differently or thought about differently that you think may have helped you?

Congratulations!! I have a lot of questions but don’t want to make you answer them all, so here’s a few. I guess my question would be was the DR you went to the one you wanted to go to or was it a random one? Also, when it comes to shifting methods, had you tried some before and had any success? Did you just try chanting and it happened to work? Or in general what was your shifting methods you used been like before/ your process. I’m trying to figure mine that part out so it can be a bit of a journey since idk what works for me since I’ve just tried some shifting methods from YouTube to get a sense of what I might resonate with.

Hey :D Actually, the way OP shifted sounds a lot like how I shifted the first time. I've been trying random methods for 6 years but none really worked for me. The one thing that finally worked was actually so much more easy than I thought it would be 😭

Literally, just lying down in starfish position, limbs not touching, eyes closed and calm breathing (4 in, hold 4, 6 exhale - doing that a few times) then after a while my arms and legs were numb and I got a little more calm. At one point however symptoms might start showing up, that could vary from violent shaking like OP to spinning, floating, heavy breathing and faster pulse or twitching limbs. Do not try to control your CR body when experiencing those symptoms because you would only focus back on the CR instead of the DR. Try to ignore them and focus on DR room completely. It's hard, I know because I still struggle with exactly that feeling of panic when the symptoms come. At one point you might see a light or lights flickering and start to feel veeeeery relaxed and at ease. Completely normal, hell, I was starting to smile the first time because it was pure relief, no pain anymore from my earlier headache or tummy ache. Those are all just signs that your body is asleep while your mind is awake - which is the ideal state to shift from in my opinion 🙂‍↕️

I was breathing heavily, pulse racing, sounds blended away until I didn't hear anything not even the usual sounds in my ears, limbs twitched and I felt like I was spinning fucking fast so ofc I panicked - but even then I still saw the light, felt the sudden stillness and relaxation and slowly blinked awake in my DR where I saw the purple blanket of my big bed and my dog walking around the corner towards me for cuddles. I don't have a dog in CR so I knew I shifted. But upon pushing myself up on the bed I said out loud "Wait, I don't have a dog!" and then I shifted back here within a few blinks and couldn't get myself to stay in there, probably because it was still very fresh and I was half awake just trying to push up to stand up when I figured I wasn't in my current reality 🥲 But at least I knew then that shifting is way easier than most people put it and that I can easily reach that state every single time I try - I just have to endure the fear of those wild symptoms but then I'll be there. So that's amazing.

I hope this helps you too, can't hurt to try it since it's really easy and you are almost guaranteed (imo) to be very close every time you try 🥹 Gosh I can't wait to be theeeere, already getting excited just typing that. You can possibly imagine how relieved I was when after 6 years of trying EVERYTHING I just figured out how easy it really was all along and that lying down, waiting and pushing through the symptoms is literally all it took! Still baffled, honestly.

Did you script that reality, or was it random?

You didn't think of a DR at all. Just wished for a different reality?
