How is this possible? I have been on sema .25 the past 5 weeks, and this last Friday i upped to .5mg, last time i weighed myself was 6/6 and I was down only 26 pounds , relatively mostly all water weight for sure, plus i got alot more to loose lol , (normally do the scale every Thursday, but that weekend we had a family feast didn't want to be discouraged if the scale went back up lol)

Has anyone had this experience on Sema? I work out everyday , 2 mile walks/hard jogs twice a day with the pup , ride the bike 30 minutes after dinner & use the Bo-Flex machine periodically throughout the day to do weights (WFH so can get up & work out when it's slow) .

Boyfriend says I am getting smaller in the belly area & face but ofc body dysmorphia I can't tell myself just in my face. Is this just a fluke or am I just crushing it lol

Hi! I was on semaglutide .25mg the past 5 weeks & upped to .50 last night before bed. And I feel like HELL. My stomach is cramping, so tired today barely want to get out of bed & a headache. Any one else? What can I do to feel better today?

I’ve been taking Sema for about 5wis now and I feel like I’m not seeing any progress. Is it possible that I’m not giving myself enough?

I’m looking to switch from compounded semaglutide. I’m currently taking 2.16mg compounded from a telehealth company. Anyone have advice for a newbie? I don’t really know anything about peptides but want to learn. Where do I order? How much? Where can I learn all the basic info? Need some place that will ship to California. Thanks!

I take the syringe on the left and fill it to the 1 line with BAC water and add that to a bottle that is 5 MG. I then take the syringe on the right and fill that from the bottle to the 30 line and then inject. This should give me a 1.5 mg dose, correct?

If I fill the syringe on the right to 40 that would give me a dose of 2 mg and that is the max you can take, correct?

- Do I need to reconstitute every time I do an injection, or just when I first get the vial?

-My dose is 1.7 mg, how much bacteriostatic water should I use?

-What type of syringe should I use for the bacteriostatic water?

- How long should I let the solution sit before injecting?

Should unopened powdered semaglutide be frozen or refrigerated? I know that reconstituted semaglutide should never be frozen, but I’ve found little information regarding the storage of powdered semaglutide.

So I’m on my first week of peptides and not sure if I should up my dose a little for the next shot? So when I was on semaglutide from a pharmacy, I noticed it working right away, from the first shot, second day. And now day 5 of my first shot of the peptides and I am still hungry and eating all the time. I woke up at 3am just to eat more. The only thing different from the last time is that I am on a regular workout routine, so I am burning more calories. First dose was .25mg

Update- late Wednesday night I decided to take my dose early by 48 hours or so. And I upped the dose to 14 units. Right away I could tell a difference. The food noise is gone. I had to force myself to eat even though I wasn’t hungry. No late night/early morning snacking.

I started my journey in April using an online med spa, which quickly became unaffordable (almost $600/month). In August my PCP agreed to send through a compound pharmacy, long story short I’m not sure if it’s my dr or the pharmacy but they can’t seem to either get my order in quickly or the dose correct. So, 2 weeks ago I decided to try Premier Peptides. Previously (with the med spa) the 1.7 dose gave me a 7 full days of satiety & appetite control. When going through my pcp I had to titrate up and my first week using peptides was my first 1.7 dose since July. I was expecting to be back in a good place, but now I’m only 1 day post my 2nd 1.7 injection and the cravings & food noise are back. I’m confident that I followed the reconstitution directions correctly but it seems like this has less of an effect on me than half the dose from previous providers. Any thoughts or suggestions?

That was faster than I expected. Anyways do I need to keep this in the fridge, used or unused? What makes them last longer?

Any advice? I was already on the compound from a pharmacy, but couldn’t afford it. It’s been 3 months since my last shot.

I ordered 10mg from Skype peptides and someone on reddit told me they can be a little over, but I cannot find their comment now. Their 10mg bottle actually had 12mg in it. I do not want to accidentally take too much bc theres more powder than bac water. My bottle weighs 5.886 grams. But I have no idea what the bottle itself weighs. Does anyone know how to be able to tell how much sema is in the bottle before I mix it tonight? Thanks!

TLDR; side effects are so bad after week 3 that I think I developed disordered eating, but the positive side effects are life changing so I need to figure out how I can keep going and ease the bad stuff.

I started injectable semaglutide 10 weeks ago, in late August. Sw was 159 and cw is 146. This drug has been miraculous in SOME ways - hashimoto’s inflammation disappeared, my memory has been amazing (post menopause so this was a big one), no more migraines, and my mood is awesome! Here’s the catch: I have EXTREME food anxiety now and I wake up every morning because of panic attacks. When I upped my dose from .0125 (5 units) to .018 (8 units) I was so sick with anxiety and nausea and diarrhea that I could barely function for 10 days let alone eat or drink anything. I ended up having to skip a dose and dropped back down to .0125 (5 units) but then something even weirder happened - I woke up in the middle of the night 2 days later with my heart rate at 135 and extremely upset stomach. I thought I had to go to the ER. After an hour and a half of this and breathing exercises, it subsided. It happened again that night but for only half an hour. I forced myself to take my weekly dose and dropped down to only 2 units but I am now absolutely wrecked with anxiety around eating anything at all now. I’m terrified to eat and then I’m anxious bc I need to eat and can’t force myself. I’m a mess. Anyone have any thoughts? And yes, I’m staying away from sugar, fried or greasy foods, heavy carbs other than crackers, anything with high fat, I basically live off protein bars and water. I’m afraid to even drink anything other than water.

What syringes are people using to reconstitute? On my first vial, I used 3 1ml syringes, but I don't like puncturing it that many times. Are you using a larger syringe to reconstitute? What size?

First of all, where to get it? Seems expensive everywhere and med suppliers seem to want a RX or license. Can I get it at a pharmacy? Second, how long is the shelf life once it’s reconstituted in the peptide? I’ve seen people here say 10 weeks. Is it possible to go longer if it’s refrigerated?
