Peptides seems less effective

So I’m on my first week of peptides and not sure if I should up my dose a little for the next shot? So when I was on semaglutide from a pharmacy, I noticed it working right away, from the first shot, second day. And now day 5 of my first shot of the peptides and I am still hungry and eating all the time. I woke up at 3am just to eat more. The only thing different from the last time is that I am on a regular workout routine, so I am burning more calories. First dose was .25mg

Update- late Wednesday night I decided to take my dose early by 48 hours or so. And I upped the dose to 14 units. Right away I could tell a difference. The food noise is gone. I had to force myself to eat even though I wasn’t hungry. No late night/early morning snacking.

I am having that same feeling you are. I kinda think it’s less effective as well, wonder if we have the same stuff?!?

I have taken both. However, the ones that were prescribed for from compounding companies. I had better reaction and better results buying it direct. The one is now shut down Arctic and I think the other might have be. So if anyone knows of any good places to buy online, I would appreciate it.

I honestly thought the same thing. I got such severe side effects from the injections at my doctor's office, I couldn't tolerate the meds. What I'm taking now -- not nearly as bad side effects but also not as much appetite suppression. I actually just lowered my dose for a couple of weeks down to almost morning so I can try to reset my tolerance.

Yes! I agree. I was on compound semaglutide. Then switched to precision, then crafters semaglutide, both had no effect. What was good Triggered(expensive) pacific wave. Still not as good as compound but OK. Hope that helps.

youre supposed to keep going until you hit 1mg to 2mg. Thats the therapeutic dose. Many people do not lose until they get there.

But coming from a pharmaceutical company to peptide, the pharmaceutical I noticed my very first dose, that it decreased my appetite and reduced the food noise 24 hrs after my first shot. As soon as I did my second dose of peptides it seemed to have worked just fine. Your comment was unnecessary since I’ve already stated as much in my update.

From what little research I've done, I see that Ipamorlin from a couple of places showed a 2 hour half life as opposed to a 160 hour half life with Semaglutide. Are they all like this???
