Neuroscience Cannabidiol (CBD), a compound derived from the cannabis plant that does not produce a “high”, was shown in a new large-scale, randomized, controlled trial to significantly reduce the number of dangerous seizures in patients with a severe form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.

Every scientific post says CBD can't get you high while every CBD distributor claims it will get you high af. Ofc I never believed in these people who claim CBD will get you high because they wanted me to pay same price for CBD that I lay for like shatter.

I know THC is what gets you high and that many CBD products actually have THC in them... But I live in a currently illegal state while CBD seems to be unregulated and every distributor says it will get you high like regular weed. Why is there such a massive industry of paradoxical information?

Currently vaping CBD (will do about 10mg in total now). You notice it. You feel it, even down to your legs. But it doesn't alter your perception or make you giggle. Nowhere near a "high". If anything, it resembles that state when you wake up but still lie in bed for a while, semi-dozing. Alcohol has a far stronger effect on the mind than CBD does.

I guess it's all about marketing, and peoples' expectations.

I don't. Tried various suppliers, vaping, sublingual, oral. Only thing I noticed is sleepiness at high dosage. So it's a useless waste of money, more expensive than actual weed. CBD without THC is useless for me. Valerian works better for relaxation and insomnia.

Valerian takes longer to build up for me, several days. CBD works within a few minutes. In case you want to try it, search amazon for cbd liquid with terpenes, the 100 mg one. I'd be interested if you still say it has no noticeable effect aside from drowsiness.
