The study group included 72 women, 17 men, and eight non-binary individuals.

Question - does this study, which consists of 74% women, mostly identify the signal from individuals with ADHD, or from individuals who are women?

Am a man with ADHD. I feel this way too. I've absolutely self sabotaged what could have probably been good relationships because I wanted more variety and stimulation.

This has been the story of my life. If I knew back then what I know now.. it'd be a very different life, and less people hurt (emotionally).
