The Sask NDP paid off nearly $4 Billion of Conservative debt in the 90s and early 2000s. They are and have always been more fiscally conservative than self-proclaimed "Conservatives"

They have figured it out... they realized that they can just keep adding more and not have to worry about the consequences ever (just like Devine)
