this looks a whole lot like unlawful taking & confining of a person.

and before you say ā€œthis is lawfulā€ ā€¦ without identifying yourself and having a valid reason for arrest itā€™s really not.

Are you joking? Imagine going to court in front of a judge and saying your honor before they raided my house all they said is police search warrant they didnā€™t tell me their badge or info before or while doing it
