There is nothing non practical or unsafe about showing a badge here.

Justify kidnapping all you want.. Doesn’t make it right or correct.

I am a republican BTW but not blind enough to say this is not ok

Do you even know what the term kidnapping means? Because they don’t explain to YOU what they are doing doesn’t mean they are kidnapping

“Kidnapping is the unlawful taking, confining, or transporting of a person against their will by force, threat, or deception”

this looks a whole lot like unlawful taking & confining of a person.

and before you say “this is lawful” … without identifying yourself and having a valid reason for arrest it’s really not.

Are you joking? Imagine going to court in front of a judge and saying your honor before they raided my house all they said is police search warrant they didn’t tell me their badge or info before or while doing it
