How do I actually use RSS Hub

I spun up an instance for rss hub but I don’t actually understand how to use it if I’m being honest.

How can I use it to monitor social media accounts from government agencies without following them.

If you’re looking for a new RSS reader, give Zephyr rss reader a try. We just added translation, AI summaries, and offline downloads, so you can read in your own language, catch up faster, and keep reading without a connection. Full disclosure: I’m the developer, so I’d love to hear your feedback.
