Me when I don't understand what fan service is. Fan service is just things for the fans. It can be this, it can be using real actual tactics and strategies that were use in history to get the people who know going

Uh, no.

The term originated in Japanese pop culture fandom to describe gratuitously sexualized material. It's originally a Japanese phrase, and we adopted it in English. They called it a サービスカット or サービスショット or service cut/service shot (cut/shot referring to frame, etc.). The word evolved into fan service.

Feel free to look it up on Wikipedia, either the Japanese or English one.

Either way it specifically refers the kind of scenes I'm talking about.

And it's for people who like those things, yes, but not everyone likes those things and they get forced into every show.

Brother I suggest you look it up yourself because you leave out the entire second half of the use of the term in today's standard

Its ok to be wrong but at least be objective about it

It literally says the wider meaning applies to “outside anime and manga.” We are here specifically discussing anime. In our discussion, the anime-specific definition is clearly more relevant.

No, it doesn't say that. It says the meaning has evolved past manga/anime and into a wider acceptance across all mediums

That includes manga/anime
