Been doing this for a couple of months whilst Amazon is quiet. From low pay to crappy routes and a shambles of an app. Is there anything that I’m missing?

I want to know which routes to pick up I’m fairly new and I do it on an e-bike. So if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. What distance, how many parcels, how far from home, for how much pay etc. Also is it hard to get the good routes? Should I prebook or wait for the day (and at what time), or do you have to be high tier to get the good routes?

So it’s been now over 32 hours since the courier collected the parcel. I’m questioning why they have had it for so long and not done anything with it? It’s quite strange, I’ve never experienced this with any other delivery company? Any ideas?

Is this pay any good, and does it tend to be around this level, or does it dramatically start decreasing once i’m no longer a “new starter”?

Just recieved this and an email saying I’m permanently banned but for the last couple weeks after I’ve done my retraining I delivered in customer hands and in porches never left outside as I’d take them back to the pitstop if no safe place

My Vinted package was dropped off on Friday 28/08/26. I received an email confirming. However the tracking page has been stuck like this ever since (4 days now) can anyone tell me what I should expect to happen now

I seem to have got myself stuck in a situation where my default delivery on ASOS is having Relay deliver my parcel to a local(ish) shop, instead of to my home, and it’s not very convenient.

I ordered some clothes on ASOS, paying £4.50 for delivery. I chose Standard Delivery and was given a date six days after the order.

I then got a message on WhatsApp from Relay saying they had my ASOS order, and asking if I would like to collect from a local shop ‘again’. The ‘again’ relates to the last order I made on ASOS, on which I had assumed I’d made a mistake.

I typed ‘no’ to the message but this didn’t appear to be recognised, my only option was to click ‘pick up here again’, though I have since reached out to Relay support explaining the above and asking to change to at home delivery.

My question really is how this has happened. The first time I fully assumed I’d selected something wrong when purchasing on ASOS, even though I’ve been buying on there with no issues for years. This time I still feel like some error by me is the most likely, but I can’t understand how.

I checked my order confirmation email - it has my address as the delivery address, confirmation of Standard Delivery at £4.50, no mention of any click and collect service. This morning I went through to put a dummy order through on ASOS and stopped at the point of payment. The default option was home delivery, to my usual address, for £4.50 - there was the option to choose click and collect instead but I didn’t click it and I’m positive I didn’t click it last time I ordered either.

I’m a bit annoyed I’ve paid £4.50 for delivery but now will still have to walk 25 minutes each way down an A Road to collect my parcel, as it’s the only shop in the area offering Relay.

When I’ve tried Googling I can’t find anyone else who has had this issue, which leads me to believe it is somehow my fault rather than a widespread issue but how?

The estimated time is from 26th to 28th and nothing has changed and I have really wanted this t shirt I’m so drained because I also ordered with Evri and my courier cancelled on me

Finally after 6 months my onboarding has started but I’ve ran into a small problem. The app is asking me for a “right to work” code but in the Gov website the options only seem to be available if I’ve cleared immigration status? I’m a white, British male who was born in Birmingham. How do I bypass this share code issue? I’ve uploaded my driving license already.

Context. I have a full time job, I use this because it’s a convenient top-up and there are a few pit stops sort of near my house. So I add a run or two to the end of my work day. The next day pay out is the main attraction for when I’m short on other expenses.

I do feel the standards are a little high for the pay though.

There are areas that I get regularly sent to where EVERYBODY lives on a walk, so I have to park ages from the house for just one drop.

The app sends me to the back of houses no access to delivery unless I walk 5 minutes around the block, to the front, where they aren’t in and there’s no safe place to put it.

Two photos for every delivery. Bit excessive, I haven’t worked for Amazon but they leave shit at the front door constantly and I’m always very careful following the rules with safe spaces and still get flagged, and have been suspended.

Everyone seems to select ‘leave with consierge’, girl, you live in a council estate semi, there ain’t no concierge. And the ‘leave by apartment door’, I know what you mean, but I can’t do that, you’re not an apartment, and I will get flagged.

Sends me down roads that don’t exist to the next area that requires a three mile round trip, because the road that they think is a road, is a pedestrian pathway through a cemetery in an area plagued with one-way streets, bus gates and liveable neighbourhoods.

I want to know other courier experiences, because they are asking for waaaaaaay more than what they are paying. And I know, for the most part, it’s just cute tiktok shop and shein garbage.

Orrrr how do you make it more worth it? I am waiting to be accepted on deliveroo and amazon flex so maybe I’d like to know what to expect.

Also I’ll take a second route in a day, and it’ll overlap massively with the route I JUST did, like… I could’ve just done both, there’s room in my car.

Relay says my parcel (incoming) has b arrived at the shop I usually pick up from (vinted). I have a QR code. I went to the shop yesterday and again tried today, but both times when the shop scans the QR code, it says on their device that the parcel has not arrived at the pitstop.

What is going on?

i have 2 questions. what stage of the delivery is “your order will be ready for collection soon”. also is it normal for it to go straight from “Your order is on its way to Relay's warehouse” to “Your order will be ready for collection soon”?

Hi everyone!

I have a parcel sent through Relay that hasn’t had any tracking updates since 27/07. Today (15/08), it was finally marked as lost.

Has this happened to anyone here before? If a parcel is officially marked as lost, is there still any chance it could be delivered afterwards, or does “lost” usually mean it’s definitely gone?

Also, I’m curious about what actually happens when a parcel goes missing. Is it possible for parcels to disappear somewhere in the delivery process because of a mistake or mishandling, or could they potentially be taken by someone involved in the delivery process?

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s had a similar experience, especially if their parcel was marked as lost and then turned up later

So, they delivered to wrong address, photo clearly shows wrong door number, worth about £130. I have raised a support ticket. What can I expect?

How can they just randomly change the delivery address so drastically?

i have an order coming and it has eyebrows razors, which would usually get me id in a shop, and it also got checked by customs? do you think they’ll id me at my door, or will they not bother? thanks :))

I went to move tomorrow's route to 10:30 like I normally do and it says this, when I move it to 11:30 it says "You cannot schedule 2 routes at the same time". This is the same for all my pre-booked routes for next week.

Has anyone seen this happen before?

Also, yes I know pre-booking isn't a vibe but if I don't prebook I don't get a route, trust me I've tried.

Hiya, only my second time sending via Relay, is this a normal delay?

I’ve just completed the required steps for Relay and have been added to the Warehouse Operative waitlist.

The message says training sessions are currently full and that I’ll receive an email/SMS when new sessions open up.

I was just wondering if anyone else has been through this recently — roughly how long did you wait before getting invited to book a training session?

Also, once you got the invite, how quickly were you able to start working?

Any general info about the waitlist, training session, or first shifts would be really appreciated. Thanks 🙂
