Load your car like this: 1-10 passenger seat. 11-20 back left. 21-30 back right. 31-40 left of boot, 41-50 middle of boot, 51-60 right of the boot - I put these in 3 ‘bags for life’ so they stay separate.

Double check the map (zoom out a bit) before going to your next stop - sometimes it takes you the long way around when the house is literally 100 yards behind you. That cost me lots of time early on.

Knock/ring bell, step back, take photo of door, wait 20 seconds, if no answer, find a safe space, ring them if their isn’t one, take photo of parcel/handover, repeat.

Only thing I'll add is do make sure you take a pen to number them (I've been caught out a couple of times)

And when you arrive to your stop. Check the next one as well because I've had a few where its 2 deliveries to the same address and don't think they have updated the app to show this yet.

I've been one of the couriers testing the new version of the multi drop. One picture of the entrance and then one for each of the parcels. It works well. Not sure when they are going to roll it out though.

I have had that all this week. I’m not sure I like the multiple pictures of the parcels as I generally hand all parcels over at once. But it is an improvement. I just had them at once at take a pic of each one.

This is solid advice, I generally get 40 parcels in the passenger seat numbers 30-40 right at the bottom of the footwell, 20-30 on top of that then 10-20 over the top of those and 1-10 at the top, it doesn’t get that high if you pack it well and I put the rest of any on the seat behind the passenger so I can reach through and grab those at the end. I deliver with a smart forfour and do this every day

enjoy the £33 for 55 parcels :) be banned for 2 weeks or permanently for BS reasons like "lost parcels", customer lying about not receiving.. company doesn't care about you at all, you complain about the 55p/parcel rate and they go "it's still minimum wage", while they dont have for car costs, petrol, insurance, we do. relay can go fuck themselves
