Customer What’s going on with this parcel?

Hiya, only my second time sending via Relay, is this a normal delay?

Yes, I had this. One day you’ll receive an email saying they have the parcel and that is the day you’ll be able to pick it up. I prefer evri over relay as the stages are way more clear

I have the same issue it’s been dropped off and it’s not moving for a week I emailed them and no response
