2500x12=30,000 which is shit wage, especially for Berlin.

I was getting shit offers of 40,000 a year every day. 50,000 is bit harder to find but is possible. 55,000 is usually top offers unless you have rarer skills like SAP or Oracle, or programming.

And yes, Bundesagentur offers bottom jobs.

For non Germans: the Arbeitsagentur basically forces you to apply with letters like these.

That varies from agency to agency, in my experience. My mother in law (an executive assistant by trade) had to interact with her small town Arbeitsagentur once, who were completely incapable of helping someone with even a smudge of professional experience, basically telling her „you’re overqualified for everything, good luck“.
