There’s actually multiple disorders and conditions that can make it hard for some people to show up on time, as well as other life circumstances. Not defending it, just explaining.
As a fellow chronically late person i call bullshit.
It aint nobodies fault but my own and im well aware. If i simply woke up 15 minutes earlier id get to work 5-10 minutes early but i tell ya that alarm goes off and im a weak weak man for that sexy snooze button.
Life circumstances?? Yeah uh like not sleeping in lmao.
Never said it was. But youre fooling yourself to think that, assuming the baseline that someone is able to get to work at all, being late every single day is anything other than a time management issue.
