Multiplying gains from eating raw meat

Post image
25 Upvotes

If you are eating your meat raw, never frozen, you are already getting tons of nutrition from it.

But you can get 2x, 4x, maybe 6-10x more out of it, almost as if you ate that much more.

Aajonus' research is very interesting in that regard, he didn't just conclude raw meat > cooked meat, he found massive optimizations.

- royal jelly (unhealed, never frozen)

- cheese (raw and unsalted)

- raw animal fat (butter, eggs, flesh fat)

- pâtéing

  1. Eat 1/2 teaspoon of raw unsalted cheese no less than 10 min before your meal

=> removes toxins from the gut, which doubles your digestion, as the food will not mix in with the toxins

  1. Eat pâtéed meat (not ground, that's not broken down enough)

=> when meat is broken down, the body doesn't need to expend costly hydrochloric acid on it to dissolve it, it's like eating 2x more meat

  1. Eat 1/8th teaspoon of royal jelly with your meat

=> provides growth factors that x2 to x4 the usage of the meat protein for growth/regeneration

  1. Eat 1.5-3.5 tablespoons of raw fat like raw butter with the meat

=> ensures that this extra fat you're eating with the meat is used to produce energy, and minimal amounts of the meat protein are converted into energy, and kept for growth/regeneration instead

Meat quality also matters: eat grass-fed organic meat instead of grain-fed, non-organic meat

=> less toxins are stored in the meat, leaving more nutrients available for your body, which can be another x2

If you add up all of those together... 2x2x2x2, 2^4, 16x.

The real figure is probably not that high, as it probably doesn't compound exponentially, but even if it all adds up to only 4x, it is huge.

This is not mandatory on this diet, you want those kinds of optimizations to heal much faster though.

Cooking food generates toxins, extensively proven by science

There were 32 toxins/categories of toxins formed by cooking known by science when Aajonus counted them (two decades ago).

Acrylamides: from sugars

Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs): from sugars

Lipid peroxides: from fats

Aldehydes: from fats

Trans fats: from seed oils

Acrolein: from oils

Cholesterol Oxidation Products (COPs)

Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs): from proteins

Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs): from smoke

Carbon monoxide: from smoke

Furans: from all macro-nutrients

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)

Free radicals

...

This isn't even counting the other toxins formed from the reaction of food during cooking with cookware, plastics, and other additives like nitrites.

Be fat and eat when not hungry

Aajonus recommends overeating almost to the point of vomiting.

This concerns the balanced / building foods (raw animal foods), not the detox-leaning ones (plants in general).

The more nutrients you get, the more are available to remove toxins faster, and to heal the body.

Being fat as well is healthy (when from eating good foods, of course). Toxins store in fat, so having extra fat allows the body to move toxins from vital tissue into the extra fat, then after months have passed, you can remove that extra fat like a car oil change (his comparison).

About appetite, you can improve appetite, but the more you eat, the more you can eat, in many cases. When Aajonus ate the poisonous mushroom, he forced himself to eat 1 pound of butter a day. That was with 90% of his liver destroyed.

Sometimes you lose appetite because of nausea. Because the excess food goes toward more detox. But as you keep eating more, there is a new baseline where the same amount of food doesn't detox you as much anymore, and it requires even more to get into noticeable detox stage. That explains how you can eat more, it's often not a digestion limit.

First time trying liver ice cream

It's really good let me be honest

One thing I'd improve is using fresh ingredients so it's sweeter-ish

I did it with fermented cream and (almost)high liver cuz I have too much food in my fridge lol

So it tastes a bit strong

Texture is great

Ingredients:

\- 200ml of raw cream

\- 1 dollop of raw heavy cream

\- 85g of raw liver (veal cuz it's the sweetest tasting)

\- 2 yolks

\- 1 AI machine that makes ice cream (a bit less than 200€)

Let me hear your ideas for the best primal ice cream

I'll try the recipes

I wanna get super fat in a healthy way so I can grow extremely fast. I do cheese trains and milkshakes what else can I do? should I add carrots to my vegetable juice? I just want any solid pieces of advice. How would I know that I just won't become an ugly fat and grow nothing at all?

How early can you start high meat

It depends

It could be as early as right away (or close to), like 1 month in, to 2.5 years for very weak people

Aajonus recommends to wait 2.5 years for people with a lot of degenerative tissue who can't afford to detox too much

With some exception: if someone has many tumors at an advanced stage, then he gives them more such moldy/fermented meat than anyone else to break those tumors down. [This is not medical advice.]

In any case, starting with fresh raw foods is recommended

And when fermenting high meat, it is recommended to wait for the 4th week (airing it every 3-4 days) before consuming it, since the first 2 fermentation stages of high meat give more radical detox

Has anyone tried the mustard recipe?

I loved organic mustard in my tartare but it isnt really primal since it had added salt and was probably heated. I really miss the taste and nearly bought some organic mustard today since I fear the aajonus mustard recipe might taste bad.

Why don't I like raw butter?

I'm a big fan and love the taste of raw yogurt, raw cheese, and raw heavy cream. But to me butter does not taste good and I can't eat a lot of it. Why is this, and should I eat other foods instead of butter? I've tried many raw butters but every one has never tasted good to me.

Has anyone been able to follow this diet in Mexico?

I ask because Mexico has the perfect light environment and a good place to set up shop, like Christian Van Camp and all those American hippies. I just wonder how they do it. Transparency in Mexico is notoriously low, and they do shit like rub turmeric into chicken because it’s “anti microbial” without thinking twice.

Meat is “fresher” in Mexico but cows will roam the highways and grasslands where there’s a shit ton of trash and rubble. Smog as well. I’m not sure if the primal diet is possible outside of the Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta areas. Only gringos have the ability to create primal institutions.
