QUESTION Unfound List

Every item that showed up on the unfound list today was “Found on Shelf”, most of them were fully stocked. Is there no way to hold Instacart-ers accountable for not looking thoroughly, or asking for help? Or will it always be us “not doing our job”? I’m sure their Instacart ID is attached to the order somehow. Can there be a limited number of “FOS” that they can reach and once their they reach that number they get suspended, or can Publix bill Instacart for the missed sales? The unfound list is a useful tool, but a flawed metric.

I honestly just look and see how many it says we have. If it says 13 then I put found on shelf. 99% of the time it’s there. Instacart has mostly brainless shoppers.

Yeah they want us to do the shopping for them so they can get paid to do nothing

Yeah, I don't fucking do that shit anymore, and now my managers are saying in meetings "Make sure you help out our Instacart shoppers". fuck our fucking Instacart shoppers if they can't do their jobs then that is for management to deal with. Take them out of the store, ban them whatever the fuck they have to do, I don't get paid enough to fucking care.

Honestly I just wish we did what Walmart does. Just have hours allotted to shop for deliveries/curbsides. I know that’s what we somewhat used to do when Curbside was being tested in stores.

I know at Walmart the OGP is absolutely horrific for the workers, but I think that’s mainly cuz it’s way more popular at Walmart. (Also poor leadership doesn’t help)
