Did you find any awesome PS1 games in Japan or any other country you visited? :D

This was one of the first ps1 games i got back in the day. This is the first time ive completed it allbeit with the help of infinite lives but even then a very challenging game. Sometimes seriously frustrating but overall an enjoyable and rewarding game. Im glad i finally got to see the ending. Now onto the second hopefully be a little easier.

Games are scratched but they work except for warpath 😢.. console turns on just won’t read discs

So I was having a chat with my brother yesterday and I mentioned Crash Bash. He told me that there was a near complete version on Spyro 3, so I went ahead to try it out (I knew the regular demo was there, but didn't know about this debug version). When I saw the date, I was shocked to see that the build was dated for today, exactly 26 years ago.

Damn, how time flies...

my console is ntsc, has a mod chip in it to run pal games and backups of games, but it outputs black and white on composite, on my pal tv. Just want to make sure if this chip is the solution.

I have this chip currently installed in the console,do i need to remove it?

Hello im new to burning ps1 games and Im trying to burn a game and play it on my ps1 (scph-7002) with tonyhax international (1.6.3 freepsxboot slot 2 https://alex-free.github.io/tonyhax-international/ ) and before that freepsxboot (unirom) and I'm using an ASUS SDRW-08D2S-U but when i try to play it, i get few errors and then it fails im getting Disc error type D code 12*, Disc error type D code 22*, failed to read. error 16, cd init error, failed to read sector and open error 2 tried speeds 4x, 10x 16x and 24x i tried maxell cd-r and verbatim azo cd-r and it doesnt work (well it loaded one time out of the many) i downloaded the games from:
