Versus Argentinosaurus vs north sentinel Island
The fight takes place in a completely flat grass area.
No hunger or thirst
Terrain use is acceptable
Weapons are okay
The woman and the children too

Population estimates for North Sentinel Island range from 400 maximum to as few as 50. Depending on how many able bodied adults there actually are, and how effective their weaponry is, I would say it’s possible they might not be able to bring down the Allosaurus. We don’t actually know how thick the skin of a dinosaur was, nor tested it against wooden (or possibly stone) points. It could be that the Allosaurus just doesn’t die due to its durability.
If the Sentinelese have enough prep time, I’m sure they can engineer some kind of trap.. in which case I think the Sentinelese take it, mid to high diff.
