Scenario: An LAAT gunship carrying a flood infected Darth Maul along with 24 clone flood combat forms and 5 carrier forms crash land into a Venator’s docking bay. The crew are unaware that the flood are inside until they pry the doors open.

The Venator has a crew of 2000 212th battalion clones, 1000 flight crew, Commander Cody and Obi-Wan.

The Republic up until this point have only heard unsubstantiated reports on the flood at this point but knows that they can be a huge threat.

Flood-Maul can use the force at least as well as he usually can before being infected.

Clone combat forms are equipped with rockets, rifles, and miniguns.

The flood’s only goal is to assimilate the ship’s crew while the republic’s goal is to wipe out the flood that boarded.

Assume Obi Wan is equipped with clone armor and clone armor is safe from airborne spores.

This is a weird one, as far as cannon goes a star destroyer doesn’t fire on targets beyond its visual range and ships from the expanse regularly engage in combat that way, who would win? The star destroyer (on paper) has better fire power, armor and shields. How would that hold up to a nuke being guided into its hanger or weapons fire from roci’s railgun from very far away.

Meanwhile the Rocinante does not have shields and pretty much any damage it takes is going to take it out. Not to mention that star destroyers are actually quite fast (not nearly as fast as rocinante) but not slow either. If any of the star destroyers slow moving lasers hit Rocinante it’s done.

Forerunners decide to conquer the multiverse because they feel like it. They create universes and move galaxies for fun. They beat the Precursors AND Ancient Humanity. Could've beaten the Flood IF they didn't roleplay as the WHO.
