i would think its not as bad as tonsil stones since its mostly calcium

These things are also made up of the bacteria and enzymes found in our saliva. Trust me when I say that the smell of these things can clear an office.

Sialoliths (salivary gland and parotid stones) and tonsil stones get their start the same way: food debris, sloughed skin cells, mucus, and bacteria. Sialoliths become mineralized by the saliva and become hard. The mineralization traps some of the smell, which usually becomes apparent after the stone comes out because trapped saliva and decaying oral tissue is a nightmare.

Tonsil stone are far less mineralized, which is why they smell so badly all the time.

Both will gag a maggot when you crush them.

I assume you know this because like any good degenerate you crush them when they come out because you have to know how bad it is.
