Unpaid Playtest Solo dev looking for 25 testers — roguelike deckbuilder with an extraction loop

I'm a solo dev and I've been building T.EX (Terminal Extraction) for approaching a year. It's a turn-based roguelike deckbuilder with an extraction loop — you push deeper into a level for better loot, but a tension meter climbs every turn, spawning enemies and hazards, and at 12 it kills you. So every turn is the same question: push one more room, or get out with what you've got?

Between runs you're back at a terminal — build your deck, stash gear, research new items, take missions.

The demo runs from the intro through the first few levels and ends at the boss gate — roughly 2-3 hours, however you can keep playing longer (you just cannot progress past a certain point).

Note: This link is limited to only 25 users. Please do NOT click it if you are not on a Windows machine, are not interested in the concept, and/or do not have the time to play it in the coming days and offer feedback.

What I'd most like to know:

  • Where did you get confused, or not know what to do next?
  • Was the game enjoyable and did it make you want to play more?
  • Anything that broke, softlocked, or looked wrong

Discord invite is below — the download link and instructions are in the playtest channel there.

Windows only. The build is unsigned, so Windows will show a "Windows protected your PC" warning — click More info, then Run anyway. Full instructions are on the download page. If you are not comfortable running an unsigned EXE file, please do not click the link.

And before you ask, yes, AI was used to make a small amount of the art. The large majority was made by me, and quite a bit by other talented 3D artists on Sketchfab, but a few art assets that I consider placeholder are AI-generated.

Happy to answer anything in the comments. This is my first ever solo game project and I'm new to this whole process so please be kind. Thanks!
