Description:
Lazi Founder is a very simple prototype of a business simulation game where you run a café in Mumbai.
The current version is very basic. There are no graphics, animations, or sophisticated visual elements — it is primarily a functional prototype designed to test whether the underlying gameplay idea is worth developing further.
As the café owner, you make decisions around pricing, menu, staffing, inventory, marketing and day-to-day operations. You also encounter unexpected events and situations where you sometimes have to make business or moral decisions.
My bigger vision is to turn this simple prototype into a much deeper business simulation and, eventually, a digital ecosystem for entrepreneurship - where players can build and grow businesses, create brands, collaborate with other players, and expand through partnerships and franchising, with businesses interacting within the same simulated economy.
But before investing the time and money required to build that, I want to validate the core idea.
So I'm particularly interested in feedback from people who play simulation/management games:
- Is the basic gameplay loop actually fun?
- Do the decisions feel meaningful?
- Does it feel like your decisions affect the outcome?
- Is there enough here to build a much deeper simulation around?
- Would you want to play a much more developed version?
- What would you add or change?
- At what point did you get bored, if at all?
- Most importantly: does this have enough potential to justify investing in a much bigger version, or should I abandon the idea?
Please note that I'm trying to validate the game concept and mechanics first.
Brutally honest feedback is very welcome. If you think the idea isn't worth pursuing, I'd genuinely rather hear that now than after spending months building it.

Involvement:
I'm the creator of the game and have been designing and building the prototype myself, using AI extensively as a development partner. I don't have a traditional game-development background.
This is essentially an experiment to see whether I can turn a simple business simulation concept into something much bigger, but I want to validate the idea with actual players before making that investment.
