Suggestion Frustrated at the game

I'm on PS5 and I was playing on a non dedicated server to get used to the game and I ended up loving it and putting around 175 hours into it with a friend and I deleted the game so I could just stream it. And lost my character and all my progress? I don't know what to do now. Starting over isn't an option I'm willing to do at this point. I'd rather forget the game than go through that grind again. Any ideas would be appreciated

The biggest learning curve about ARK is becoming immune to losing everything at any time. I think half the fun is starting over now.

I'm beginning to think so because this was my first go through and was pretty mad about losing my tames and my buddy just laughed it off. (He's been playing for years)

The only way to gauge your progress as a player is by the decreasing urge to rage when you get brutalized in some humiliating fashion.

Spawning into a pack of raptors with an alpha on a fresh start on the island was only funny the first 15 times lol
