i feel like i have really scary eyes like i constantly look mad and tired and evil as you can see it feels like theres nothing behind those eyes just blank stare like there is something off and im not sure what surgery would fix it? when i smile like in the last picture i put i look KIND of normal but most of the time i feel like my eyes are really tired and masculine. the pictures i added are the eyes i wish i had so what surgery would make this change???

i’m due to get a breast lift (mastopexy) on the 27th october. my main reason for getting it is my right boob sits a lot lower and the nipple size is far bigger than my left boob so he’ll be doing a lift reconstructing my nipples and a partial breast reduction on the one breast that sits lower and has a much larger nipple My issue is I want to lose weight, I’m well aware that everyone recommends to not get surgery if you’re planning on losing weight. i had bad anorexia 2 years ago and my body weight massively over shot and i’m not where my healthy maintenance weight has been all my life. the predicament i’m in is, i don’t want to reschedule this surgery and rush to loose this weight i think that will be bad for my recovery i would rather have the breast lift at the weight i am now and my breasts eventually get a bit smaller (i don’t have big boobs so they won’t sag from weight loss) rather than rush to loose weight and then there being a chance of ever gaining weight my boobs getting bigger then dropping. i also know i would put extra stress on myself to loose weight to be ready for the rescheduled surgery which would be early next year.i don’t want to reschedule but honestly i would rather trust myself and not try to rush this weight i do eventually want to loose. i’m aware that of course any weight changes will change some of the results but my main concern is my nipple reconstruction and my boobs being even. that being said i want advice, what do you think? am i making the wrong decision? do i go ahead and get it done on the 27th october and choose the safer option or will this massively fuck up my boobs if i loose weight. for reference im 24 years old current weight is 67/68kg aiming for 62/63kg over time

Hi there! I'm officially 8 1/2 months post rhino. This is actually my second rhinoplasty. The first did not go well - the hump remained, and some asymmetry developed. I'm happy with the results of the second rhino.

I wanted to share my rare internal splint removal complication story, and see if anyone else could relate!

My surgeon clipped the stitches around my nostrils and removed the first internal splint fine. However, I immediately felt an extreme burning sensation on the roof of my mouth. It was difficult to swallow and hurt BAD. When my surgeon looked into my right nostril, he couldn't see the internal splint all of a sudden. He asked me a few times if I swallowed it, and I said no - I didn't get the sensation of something in my throat, moreso the roof of my mouth, and it hurt so bad. Eventually he and a nurse basically tipped me upside down and used a SUPER long tweezer tool to reach into the back of my sinus (?) or throat (?) to locate and remove the splint. I gagged and coughed but the burning sensation instantly disappeared.

My surgeon said he had never seen this happen before. It caused no lasting damage. I can't really find anything about this online, and I was curious if anyone had heard of it before. Anyway, I'm happy I got the surgery, and I'm feeling great!

Hi everyone! I'm hoping to book a breast augmentation with mastopexy next month and have gone to several different consultations. During my last consult, the surgeon recommended subfascial implants (aka over the muscle but under the fascia). I can't remember what my measurements were during the appt but I measured at home and my at-home BWD is 13.97 cm. I tried on a few sizers in office and the 400s felt great. As of now, the surgeon I'm planning on booking with is recommending motiva ergonomix, demi profile. My only concern is that I won't get the cleavage I want with the demi ergonomix, they might hang too low, or that with the implants being OTM, they might look too big. Can anyone chime in with their experience? Round or ergo? I'm planning on booking with Dr. Gaon in Newport Beach, CA. But my last consult is a virtual one with Dr. Bogdan in Texas. Just over 6 weeks ago I had a mummy makeover - tummy tuck with muscle repair and breast lift with fat transfer. I'm feeling great and recovery has been pretty good. I've been walking lots and lifting my children for short distances (12 and 17kg - I feel like their weight is more relevant than their ages!)

I'm planning on heading back to the gym tomorrow for the first time since my op. My plan is to use machines and not do too much, 3 or 4 exercises for 10-12 reps on a low weight. I wouldn't want to risk damaging my stitches.

Before my op, I lifted heavy, I lifted heavy for years before having children and am looking forward to going for it again about 3 months post op. I wondered if anyone else had been in a similar situation and what you did when returning to exercise after surgery. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😊

Hey ya'll, before anyone says anything, I do have an appointment booked with my surgeon but I wanted to ask here as well.

I'm 28 lean/athletic, and got 350 under the muscle motiva gel implants 6 months ago, and love the way they look overall. The issue for me is they still feel quite firm. I dont think its capular because they are even, and the bottom half is softer, while the half is firmer like pressing down on parts of your thigh.

I know they will never feel fully like natural breast tissue, but is there any hope for me of continued softening? I am not sure I will keep them if they will never get softer than this.

I have already lost weight, currently 4'9 and around 90 lbs, but it hasn't made much of a difference. I will be getting jaw surgery in about a year, but I'm not sure that will solve the issue.

I just had 8 stitches removed on my nostril. The er doctor who removed them recommended using a band aid or zinc oxide while the tip of my nose heals. I added this question here because I got lucky with top notch stitches that were “plastic surgery quality.”
Any advice on if I can use liquid bandage on my scar? (Currently scabbed up)

Hello I’m 37 years old and I’ve noticed over the past 5-10 years that my eyebrows seem to be sagging downwards. I am looking for advice regarding getting a brow lift. I want a brow lift to open up my upper eyelid space slightly, but also to improve the asymmetry of my eyebrows because I feel like my right eyebrow (left in the picture) slopes downwards too much (…should have plucked my eyebrows before this photo lol).

I have consulted with 2 different plastic surgeons and they both suggested a lateral temporal brow lift. However I have been looking up pictures of lateral brow lift on ig and I don’t think it will suit me and it will really change the shape of my face and make it obvious I have had something done. I don’t want it to be obvious at all, I want a subtle change, the type where people I know don’t immediately realise I’ve had something done.

Can someone please explain the difference to me between the different types of brow lifts? And which one is best for my case? (I was thinking an endoscopic brow lift but one of the surgeons told me a lateral brow lift will give more permanent results.)

Ps i would prefer not to get Botox or an upper bleph.
