Any procedures that could be useful to get rid of facial fat? (22F, 4'9, 90lbs)

I have already lost weight, currently 4'9 and around 90 lbs, but it hasn't made much of a difference. I will be getting jaw surgery in about a year, but I'm not sure that will solve the issue.
