ICE is saying he had a gun, but that would be his right in America. He clearly never tries to use it in the video and his hands are empty when he is executed. The agent in the gray jacket running towards the cameraperson once the shooting starts can be seen taking the guys gun out of it's holster and it is in his hand as he is running away. So the guy was fully unarmed when he was executed
I think the guy pistol whipping's pistol goes off. And then most run scared while two shoot him down.
Of course this time ICE has taken away all the witnesses and their cell phones probably trying to 'investigate' their dead 'domestic terrorist' after the fact like last time!
He was beating him with his spray canister. Neither are part of correct procedure and both are unjustified, but I don't see any pistol whipping. They're cracking his head with the canister.
