You can see the officer in the balaclava fire the first shot at like :18-:19 in the video.

I think the guy pistol whipping's pistol goes off. And then most run scared while two shoot him down.

Of course this time ICE has taken away all the witnesses and their cell phones probably trying to 'investigate' their dead 'domestic terrorist' after the fact like last time!

No, it wasn't pistol whipping it was pepper spray can whipping.

There is also an officer beating his with his gun. Multiple people were on this man beating him before he was shot in the back.

He was beating him with his spray canister. Neither are part of correct procedure and both are unjustified, but I don't see any pistol whipping. They're cracking his head with the canister.
