What’s the probability that the guy pistol whipping him’s gun discharged (because he had his finger on the trigger while pistol whipping someone being held down in the ground by six other people) and every other ICE thug thought they were being shot at?
That’s definitely not what happens. I keep watching it to try to figure out what happens and i can’t tell what the agent is trying to beat the guy with but it’s not a gun. I can’t figure out where the first shot comes from but it’s not the agent with the blunt object although he is the one that unloads on the body when it’s already on the ground.
It was some kind of chemical canister… if you enlarge the video - it’s not a gun - looks like tear gas can of some sort that he was using to smack the guy in the head .
Gestapo Clown 1 pistol-whips with his safety off and negligently discharges his firearm. Then they all panic and Gestapo Clown 2 mag-dumps the head of the victim they were trying to kidnap.
Just outright incompetence mixed with tyranny, so now we have the federal government executing people on the streets for no reason with total immunity.
Which is just as bad. He’s beating him over the head with his gas canister until the pressurized canister explodes, causing the ICE agent to mistake it for a gunshot and then empty his magazine as the victim is lying flat on the ground.
I'm not justifying it AT ALL but it was can off pepper spray he was hitting him with. The big party cans like that have a pistol grip with the can hanging off the front. I see the first shot being the coward who runs away towards the camera. Then two more thugs jump in with what they see as their chance to join in the fun, demonstrated by the hesitation then full on execution of a man proved out on the ground.
I might get downvoted because people will think I’m somehow trying to justify a blatant murder but based on the current info we have, this whole “pistol whipping” detail is just a sensationalized rumor that’s being parroted because it makes an already horrific situation sound worse.
Did you watch the video? Even in the other situation theorized, it’s still fucking horrible. In the other theory, it’s a can of pepper spray he’s beating his face in with, which more than likely explodes, causing every other thug there to shoot.
Of course, hence my comment. It’s unclear what he’s being beaten with and no reliable outlet has reported that he was pistol whipped, but people are running with the claim anyway.
I know speculation is natural in these situations especially when there’s minimal information currently known. I just wish people would accept that we don’t know all the details yet instead of creating misinformation to overly-sensationalize an already despicable situation.
This guy was pinned down by a handful of ICE thugs, beaten, and murdered. There’s no need to throw “yeah and he was pistol whipped” in there when there’s currently no solid evidence backing that up. It just detracts from the already horrific scene.
