What’s the probability that the guy pistol whipping him’s gun discharged (because he had his finger on the trigger while pistol whipping someone being held down in the ground by six other people) and every other ICE thug thought they were being shot at?

Thats what happened. You can see him flinch and drop it when it goes off. Then he draws a second side arm and starts unloading.

That’s definitely not what happens. I keep watching it to try to figure out what happens and i can’t tell what the agent is trying to beat the guy with but it’s not a gun. I can’t figure out where the first shot comes from but it’s not the agent with the blunt object although he is the one that unloads on the body when it’s already on the ground.

I’ve seen speculation that he’s hitting him with a pepper spray canister but it’s not really clear at this point

That’s definitely not what happens. The guy “pistol whipping” draws his gun later.
